Now April doesn't get paid for OT, but nonetheless she heard that we, my wife & I were flying out at 6AM the next morning and needed to store my car that night, April was kind enough & stayed past 6PM to help us. she set us up with a unit, and now my car sits cozy & SAFE thanks to April!!. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, every storage place we called was adamant about closing at 6PM and we had no where to leave my car until we got back!? April's customer service skills is what separates the real businesses, the BIG DOGS of storage companies if you will, from the mom & pops that only care during business hours.
