However, we ended up renting for longer. But I can say, I am so glad that we rented our units here. Literally the best decision we have made during our long moving process. Megan and Dina are amazing. Both ladies are the best examples of how to do customer service and business well. The ladies knew my name and my parents, who we were, and our story. Not many people who you may conduct business with or buy things from will remember those little things. It shows how much they care and value their customers. No matter what, they respond quickly to calls, questions, and messages especially about billing and moving logistics. If by any chance, you are having issues with your unit and the ladies are not in the office, you call and text them and they will come ASAP to help you solve your issue. Both ladies follow the company policies but they always want to make sure you have the best experience while you are renting for storage. The facility is always clean and neat. There were no issues with our belongings when we vacated the storage units. I highly x 1000 recommend Extra Space Storage in Toms River near Rt.37 for your all storage needs.
