Ok so I'd rather that my deductible is applied to the lesser amount. I've also had X-Rays done that have been a fraction of the cost I would have paid in a hospital. They have an open MRI for those that need this type of machine due to phobias. I think that this MRI might have been the most thorough that I ever had. The test I had was 45 minutes without contrast. The last 15 minutes I was injected the contrast and I did not feel it. I think the technicians name is MaryAnn, she had angel hands. Tip: If you have any past MRI's done take them in so that they have something to compare it to. Remove all jewelry, stay still so that the images are clear, make sure you use the restroom beforehand. Make sure you let them know how thankful you are that they are their to help you.

Well worth the drive. I have also switched my gasto Dr. to Cleveland. 1st visit to gastro put me back on meds and doubled the dosage that Indy Dr had taken me off. Problem fixed in a week or so. Don't put up with inferior care. Go to Cleveland Clinic.

They took such care in moving me around checking me over very confident and reassuring treatment. They were also kind especially my doctor Coovert and his RN Nicole. The doctor made sure I understood his instructions and follow up. Nicole took excellent care of me. They might not be outfitted with the most expensive new equipment but what really matters they have plenty of!

I was brought in via ambulance two times within a 3-day period. I broke my wrist and was taken to…read morethe ER. The first visit to the ER, the employees were super friendly. The nursing staff was on point; they numbed my arm really well and adjusted my wrist bone that was broken. Afterwards, I was sent home. Everything was fine once I got home, but I had no sling and a very heavy cast on the following day. My whole hand was numb, so I called to talk to the advice nurse. I was advised to come back to the hospital because something wasn't right. The second time I went back was two days later via ambulance again to the ER. I was taken to a room they took the cast off, but they didn't give me enough pain medication when they were adjusting my wrist. I almost jumped off the gurney. I was in so much pain. I complained to the doctor that was fixing my wrist about the pain, but they didn't do anything about it. The water used to apply. The plaster was so hot; it was literally burning my arm. I complained about it to the doctor. Of course, they did nothing about it. I'm not a type of person that complains about anything. The second time, I was not impressed whatsoever. That is why I'm getting such a low score. I don't know if it was the other staff or is it the doctors or what the deal was, but I was not happy about it all. I complained about not having a sling the first time around. Why the cast was coming off the second cast literally came off two days after I got the cast on. After that, I was done. I went back to Cleveland Clinic. I'm sure there are other places in this hospital that are decent, but as far as my experience, I will not come back here.

There were over a dozen people crowded into the tiny waiting area and about half were standing because there were not enough chairs. I have been to a lot of LabCorps and this was by far the worst in terms of facilities, organization, and cleanliness. It looked like the DMV in a bad part of town.
