I went to the Roswell location for a required TB test and came to this location to have it read two…read moredays later because it's closer to home. The Roswell location told me it was not necessary to make a follow up appointment to have it read, and to just walk in and have someone look at my arm. Reading a TB test is literally a visual test that takes 5 seconds. So I walk in, there's someone waiting, no problem. Two others walk in five minutes later, one of whom had an appointment and I was told they had to prioritize appointments. This would be fine if: 1) the prior location specifically said not to make a follow up appointment 2) all the nurse needed to do was look at my arm On top of all this, when I addressed the issue all the nurse did was talk over me. I will certainly not be back to this location. There are many other locations in Atlanta that I'm sure are kinder and better run. In the end, I was brought back 15 minutes later for 10 secs, she felt my arm and I was done. SMH.

As a repeat customer, my experience was that the new Prenuvo procedures recently implemented have downgraded the experience quite a bit. As an example, asking for the use of one extra protective cotton MRi burn sleeve was denied, with the claim that the facility is only issued enough for 2 per scan, and that laundry delivery is just once a day. It made me wonder if the company is perhaps having such budget problems that they are rationing the use of the little cotton sleeves, allowing no extra. The vibe certainly didn't match the luxury of the pre & post scan experiences (lovely little waiting rooms, pre-scan metal check, delicious healthy snacks), which are still exceptional.

Cute scrubs and booties to wear. I did the full body MRI. It wasn't as bad as I thought. I didn't feel claustrophobic and they put on a Netflix show of your choosing. The technician is very helpful and has a calming voice that helps throughout the process and loud noises. Excellent care is taken for patients and they have options for patients with claustrophobia or fear of confined spaces and loud noise.

I came in for a visit about a lump in my chest in DEC 2024, and Dr Brown and his team DID NOT SEND THE REFERRAL FOR A MAMMOGRAM UNTIL JUNE 2025; and only did so after I called over and over and finally wrote a bad review for them. I complained then, and nothing... Then when I went back in for a follow up on the findings, Dr Brown and his team decided to just leave me sitting in the exam room for 45min with no word and were acting surprised that I got up and left. Then I rescheduled only for them to call and cancel the appointment randomly the day before with no reason. It is now OCT 2025, and literally NOTHING has been done beyond the mammogram that took 6 months to be sent. NO follow up, NO referral to address findings and NO callback from Dr Brown to even advise what was found. I'm ready to complain to the GA Composite Medical Board. I've called countless times and advised that I want a different physician handling my care as Dr Brown and his team are just NOT IT; and all the management has done was advise that I should come see Dr Brown and then nothing at all. They choose not to return calls, even after they advised they will look into something and call you back.. Management could not care less about the patient needs. Am I missing something??? I am not a fan of Dr Brown, I do not trust him being my physician and I do not want to be his patient AT ALL. My original doctor (Dr Melton) who was amazing retired (or just ran away from this place) and they just assigned this man to me and the care has been trash ever since. They tell you they are sending a referral, but they don't for months. They say they will return your call, but they don't. You come in to an appointment on time and depending on the doctor they've just stuck you with, you'll be sitting in the exam room staring at the walls for 45min every single time you visit. For your own sake, GO ELSEWHERE... To be a healthcare facility, the care is pretty trash. Dr Brown is insanely terrible, management is insanely incompetent and so forth and so on. The very moment Absolute Care became Avita Care, ALL the care went out the window. This place would be better off turned into a Starbucks. I never had any of these problems when Dr Melton was my physician, and this is ridiculous.

I call the main Piedmont billing, wait 25 mnutes on hold and they dont know anything about them. I have a medical spending reimbursement account and I have to present a receipt that matches the bill to get paid, and without that I dont get paid. Seems like about 1/2 the bills out there are like this now and its so annoying that this keep happening. The main Piedmont health only bills for the hospital complex is what they tell me so this must be from elsewhere and its out of control. I guess I will have to dispute each one with the bank and see if that helps them wake up. Be forwarned! They have show inserts laying all over the place and everyone is told to take one. They add $50 to your bill for the inserts. Many may not know unless you ask! Is it better than inserts you can get online for 1/3 that??? I have no way to know but my guess is no. I refued this scam and the $50 was put on my account ANYWAY. I had to fight to get it off. Then the total didnt match the bill do my insurance balked! The only way to come out unscathed is to AVOID this place.

I finally decided to write a review when I got a bill after my visits, paid the bill, and two months later got another bill. A very great institution and one that was close to my heart has become one of the worst. The folks at Piedmont love their money way to much to care about their patients.
