We love that they use rescue horses, they are so well cared for by the staff. I had never seen horses role around on their backs in the dirt but they did after the ride. Simply a lovely lovely day riding beautiful horses and it was a thrill to gallop on the Beach with these wonderful horses that were saved by the woman who runs this stable.

There's a horse for any rider I love riding so I was paired with "junior" who was the perfect mix of feisty fun and safe He was sweet loving and gave me the best experience. I ended my ride with the best little horsey nose kisses - my boyfriend rode their giant white stallion Chiqiuilin who is a great calm beautiful horse that gave a first time rider the security and safety you could trust a child to ride. The shall ranch exudes compassion and you see and feel these animals are truly loved and cared for. They're not over worked and they truly enjoy the time on the trail. They aren't programmed to do the trail and get back in a hurry as most rental style horse rides can be - these horses had fun showed massive individuality through their personalities and left us feeling like we made a true connection with our horses we had a great morning with wonderful conversations With our guide/ I'll be booking again and recommending this ranch to everyone ! Thank you again for a great experience

Bring: Swim shorts, Bandana to cover nose, Towel, Change of clothes, Water sandals, Backpack, Mosquito repellent, Sunblock, sandwhiches & cash. Their location is VERY SAFE & only 10 minutes off the main 307 Road in Tulum. You will NOT be deep and isolated in the jungle. We did ATV, Ziplines, & Cenote Combo and had a great time. ATV & Cenote swim about 30-45 mins each, Zip lines - 4 total. Definitely worth doing it, Time did NOT feel short at all; just enough to do multiple activities in 4-5 hours. Any transportation to and from the jungle area just adds more time. Highly recommend for Families with kids (8+ minimum age) to all activities. The guides take care of you & make sure you're safe. Even if your hesistant about ziplines you can do the small ones only. The biggest one is about 7 stories tall & 1 minute long- I think. It has an awesome view above the tree line & you shouldnt skip it!! If I return I will do this excursion again.

Transportation was provided and then picked us up to the hotel and brought us to their store to pay the remaining balance. The driver from our PDC hotel was about 30 mins. Upon arrival we were brought to a shop where they showed us all the items we should or could be buying - goggles, glasses, bandanas, water, bug repellant and sunscreen. I wished they had told us in advance that they did not provide goggles as this was the first time I have been on an ATV tour that didn't provide them. We all purchased bandanas and some of my friends also purchased eyewear. We had brought towels and a change of clothes but there is nowhere to carry them (bring a small backpack or be prepared to have nothing on your trip - including water as there was no place to put it). We put our bags in a locker and were provided the ATVs. The group was small which was nice, the guides were very knowledgeable. The cons - we only went on 1 zip line. There was one in a cave that was offered which we declined (we were told it was normally a kids activity) but the brochure said one of the longest zip lines in the area and we felt a little ripped off by this. Even if the mini water zip line was 1/4 or 1/5 offered, where were the other 3? After the ATVs we returned for a snack and we thought it would be an authentic meal as per the brochure and it was a ham and cheese sandwich - with one single slice of ham and one single slice of cheese along with some iced tea. We were then offered pictures for a cost and were enroute back to our hotel.
