After dinner, we got off the boat for a 10 minute restroom break before continuing down the river. Very well organized!!! It was a party all night long! Food was incredible! Service and hosts were top notch. Organization of the evening made it go by so fast. About 3 hours were spent on the boat eating, chatting, dancing or playing games. It was strange that they didn't have black iced coffee at this Starbucks. The check in office was spacious, process was fast and easy. Hubby booked our tour from a third party so he just paid fees for dock tax and snorkeling on site. Our private transportation got us here a bit early so we walked around and took some photos of this beautiful marina and ocean. They even had a massage parlor on the little beach. We were there in the afternoon so most people were already out at sea. There was barely any other people at the marina and it was so nice & quiet which is always what I prefer. I recommend book a tour here whenever you visit Cancun. Caribbean Sea is so beautiful and snorkeling gets you to tour the reefs and tropical fish even underground museum. Or just some sailing at sea is relaxing enough to have a very good time for a couple hours or even a day!

There was free parking before arriving but the small fee at Cancun Bay resort was WELL worth the hassle of parking further and walking. Juanito met us out front and escorted us to the check in desk. We showed out prepaid receipt but still had to pay the $15 per person marina fee (which was advised prior to arrival). We all received a sealed snorkeling snorkel and Jose passed out the Mask to all that needed. Jose and Juanito were super! While on the Jungle Tour one of our boats lost power after we arrived at our diving spot. Jose called for a replacement boat and they switched boats before we had finished snorkeling. It was a bummer at first but Jose handled very quickly. I would recommend this tour for families and first time snorkelers. You get about 45 minutes of snorkeling and about 45 minutes of a great boat Tour. Back at the Marina all employees had on mask, social distanced, hand sanitizer and the bathrooms (banos) were clean and in great shape!!! There was a bar and restaurant but we didn't patronize. They also have locked lockers to rent for a very small fee and there is a free area storage on each boat that will hold a standard tote bag.

Though I'm an advanced open water diver with approximately 20 dives, I felt a refresher would be in order since my last dive was approximately five years ago. One of my buddies had not dove in a couple of decades. My other buddy had some dive experience, but had never been certified. Our instructor and Dive Master Alejandro was very personable and pleasant, yet serious about the safety of all the divers, not only in the outdoor classroom environment, but also in the boat, and then in the water. I'd like to add, that he is a very good and skilled instructor. Though I brought my own regulator and BCD, the crew prepared my equipment, as well as everybody else's provided equipment. The dives well, and afterwards Alejandro completed several items in my dive log. I take the safety in diving very seriously, and I would definitely come back to this crew. As far as some of the reviews on the provided meals, we had some choices, including some fresh hot pizza, which we took advantage of. The service also facilitated our transportation back to our resort, which was made super easy. I would certainly recommend this experience .
