THIS IS AWESOME! DO NOT PASS THIS UP! What an a awesome day. We paid $77 USD each. This included: horseback riding, Cenote 1, ATVs, Cenote 2, zip lining, and lunch. The total activity takes about 3 ish hours. It's a beautiful place with so much to do. We rented a car a drove straight out there from the hotel zone probably took an hour and we just paid and picked our activities when we got there. The horseback riding was average and probably could've done without it. They also could take better care of their horses. Some shoes were loose and they were extremely tired. The Cenotes are freaking amazing with swing ropes, platform jumps, and holes to dive in. The ATV ride out to the second Cenote is fun. Probably Our favorite part. TIPS: bring a change of clothes, do not take anything with you (there's no cell service anyways), and bring cash for tips. They also have a photographer to take pictures. They charge you for the copies but that's up to you if you want them. Shout out to our guide CRISPY BACON - he's one cool cat with excellent communication & working with the group.

Was pretty fun, but they tell you you're not allowed to bring your phones with you, and they say they'll cut your experience short if you try to sneak it. They explain they'll take the pictures, and they'll sell them to you at the end. Other people, specifically Mexican nationals, brought their phones and were taking pictures the entire time. At the end, they offer you $10 per picture, or all of your pictures for $60. We chose 2, went to pay, and then they mention that there's a $5 surcharge for a flash drive to get the pictures. I ask if they can email them since I don't live in the Stone Age, and they say yeah, but it'll take a couple days. We said ok fine, I don't need them now, then they said they couldn't email them because the pictures go to the city and the WiFi isn't good and some other mumbo jumbo of just trying to squeeze more dollars out of me. Really annoying way to end an otherwise very decent little trip.

Recently enjoyed some ATV/Horseback riding from here after having found them on Viator / Tripadvisior. What lured me to chose them versus other ATV places is that there was a Horseback riding package and they pick you up/drop you off from your hotel. I went in July during Covid. Staff wore masks for the most part. Unfortunately it rained while I was there which was fun while riding the ATVs (except when the rain got too strong so we couldn't see well). Our first cenote experience was ruined because it poured the whole time even when we tried to wait it out. After, we did the horseback riding just incase it would rain again. My friend's ATV broke down, so she rode with me, then mines broke down. Bummer! We had to be pushed by another driver back to their shop. We couldn't do the Ziplining due to the rain and couldn't enjoy the second Cenote (other than quick photos) because our ride was awaiting us. I don't remember the guys name, but the one in charge of horses is great! My friend and I were very scared but he had a LOT of patience with us and had a big passion for horses, you know they're being cared for well. Please please please don't pass up on such a cool and Peaceful ride ! I learned my horses name and fun facts about them! The lunch was very mediocre. I wish they would've had a traditional Mexican option like a taco (the last ATV place I went to in Cancun had amazing tacos). Instead they have a cheese quesadilla which was very basic and an American burger. Since we didn't get to do Ziplining or enjoy the second cenote like we would've liked and our ATVs got broken down (so did that of others on the ride), it would've been nice to have gotten the photos free or at least discounted. Others were very upset, but my friend and I didn't complain as that wouldn't have resolved anything then and there but it would've been nice if they took that extra step to compliment the inconvenience. The second cenote (which is on property) is a cave with real bags flying around. Kind of scary but very cool! The photographer got great photos and all the team members were nice and respectful. They have lockers to put your things in and for $5 an optional insurance for the ATVs. They recommended you don't wear bug spray to protect the waters from the Cenotes (a common requests in Cancun).

Y'all this place is amazing. There are different kind of packages for the Cenotes I recommend the one with the 2 Cenotes only. The packages include the life jacket and a guide that takes you where the Cenotes are. They have a person who takes great pictures of y'all with a good camera. On every Cenotes you go too. They also have a restaurant as well. I got the ceviche is was pretty good not what I expected. Also don't wear sunblock it's bad for the cenote.

Our family had a great time at Kin Ha, in particular it may have been the highlight for our teenage boys (16 and 13). Transportation was included from Puerto Morelos. The road in was bumpy and muddy but not a big deal. Once we arrived, our personal guide Nosario took us to four cenotes. The first one we visited, Blanca Flor, not only was beautiful but had a tiered system of decks you could jump off of into the water. All the construction seemed sturdy and safe. This was perfect as my wife and daughter (age 7) jumped from the lower decks, I stuck with the middle, but our boys worked their way to the top level (approx 14 meters). Looks scary from the top! There are also four different zip lines, ranging from safe for little kids to approx 10 meters. Our guide didn't rush us and we spent about 45 minutes at this cenote. We then drove to two more cenotes, a small one (Jacuzzi Maya) and a very cool underground one with lots of stalactites hanging from the ceiling. We swam in this one for 15 minutes or so. Finally we returned to "base camp" where the signature Kin Ha cenote is located. After swimming and jumping here we ate a decent lunch before returning on the van to town. Our day trip to Kin Ha was arranged by a local named Jorge, aka George of the Jungle. Jorge (or George) is a bilingual man of mixed Mexican and European descent who currently works at Tacos.com cafe in Puerto Morelos. Jorge is extremely friendly and will regale you with the adventurous stories of his life if you get the chance to become acquainted!

We booked a tour that include a day of ATV's , Zip Lining & the Cenotes. It took about 45 minutes or so to get to the location, once we arrived everyone was seated & all the rules & regulations were explained with that out of the way we geared up & were ready to roll out. Unfortunately u are not allowed to have any personal camera equipment , no cam's , phones not even your own Go-pro kinda sucks all for your safety & protection of the Cenote's since any kind of interruptions can damage the natural caves plus u loose anything & u can kiss it good bye. They of course document everything & you can purchase a CD at the end of the trip Your tour starts with the ATV u ride alone or in pairs following the guide pretty cool a lot of fun once u get into the jungle going through hills & puddles it can get messy be sure to come in comfy clothes & shoes that u do not mind getting dirty. After the first ride we arrive at the first Cenote , this one includes Zip Lining into the water & jumping off the platforms or u can go the "chicken way down" this was by simply walking down the stairs & into the water Lolll all good !!! The first Cenote is pretty cool you have two Zip Lining high & low pay attention to the rules as you can really hurt yourself if you land in the water incorrectly. This part was so much fun you spend a little bit of time here jumping off or just relaxing in the water after the ATV ride that water was refreshing. Back on the ATV's you head back & this ends the ATV's here u take a quick break have some drinks, Liquor included or just refreshments after this then gear up for Zip Lining , this is fun the lines are not that big but they are still fun to do. Once that first ride is done u are hooked & just want to keep going.. u can do it a few times makes u all hot & sweaty perfect for the next part. Once this is completed next is the Last Cenote u walk up to a hole in the ground your kind of like wait what ?? only way in is to jump... take a deep breath & go, whooo hooo lord all mighty this is awesome !!! Once u land in that water u don't want to get out take a moment to look around at the beauty of this it's so surreal , beautiful clear blue cool water all natural it's amazing. This Cenote also includes a small zip lining , fun to do but after a few jumps u really just want to lay in the water so relaxing. You are here for a bit of time them it's time for Lunch & drinks my group mainly had the Chicken Nuggets , Fries & Quesadilla lunch not bad, Burger was also good. After this you get to watch your CD , wrap everything up & it's time to say adios. The Grounds are nice & well kept with plenty of lockers , washing stations & clean bathrooms. Our tour guides were great they were informative & super nice. This was a great excursion to try a little bit of everything equals an afternoon well spent.

Go to other cenotes, skip this one. It was nice enough but darker and colder than others, and their "two for one" deal was a little shifty because they don't tell you until after you pay that you have to drive an extra total of 45min there and back to the other cenote down backroads in their rickety van. read more

We had a blast, checked out both Cenotes there! The zip line was awesome and we jumped off the 42ft cliff into the cenote. Beer and food was cheap and staff was very friendly read more

Worst experience ever. We went to the first cenote and I wanted to try the Zip Line. The guide didn't advice or explain anything about it, just pull the zip line to me to start the ride. Long story short, there is a stop point that is supposed the guide should shout before you hit that point to loose the hanger so you fall straight . He didn't say anything and when I hit the stop point, for the same inertia my body bend and I fall like in bed hitting the water with my ribs. I ended up with 4 broken ribs. Not recommended to anyone. read more

This place is just unsafe. We had a good time but I would be careful. First cenote jump in very fun. ATVs run very hot on your legs if you don't wear pants to the level of burning you. Second cenote super unsafe with the jumping platforms and little wood handles on zip lines. Shortest drop is 15 feet from the 2nd zip line and second is double that. Guide gave no historical info or anything. Just gestured for us where to go and what to do. The most she talked was at the end when she told us we needed to tip her. Zip lines in the forest are ok. Short. Again nobody really talks to you, you just do it. Confusing when you arrive with scheduling the events. Mixed info depending on who you talk to. We will explore other cenotes and experiences next time we head down to the area. read more

Very fun! Also wish we had more time at the cenotes. We had to ride our atvs back to the 1st cenote which I think shortened the time at the 2nd one. Decent service. Wish they were more liberal with phone usage. Good fajitias. Some cute cats. read more

Loved this cenote so much but wish we had more time. There is tons of things to do so it felt very rushed. You start your trek at the Cenote Kin Ha where you spend 45 minutes then take an ATV to the second Cenote. At the second cenote we were there for around 20ish minutes but it's hard to enjoy it in such a small amount of time but sooo beautiful. After the cenote you return to Zipline and then a snack (basically a meal of your choice between spaghetti, chicken fajitas, quesadillas and a drink). Workers were kind and helpful throughout the whole trip. read more

We were surprised by how clear the water was but I was a little dark, which made it feel a bit eerie. Other than that, all the facilities were clean and staff super friendly and helpful. It's quite a way into the road of the cenotes but worth the additional 15 minute drive. read more

We purchased the package that gave us access to Kin-Ha and Blanca Flor. Kin-Ha was beautiful but we wished we had more time at Blanca Flor as there was access to higher jumps and aquatic zip lines. Food was cheap, but very good. Overall, satisfied with our experience. read more

This place almost caused my death, and I will explain the full story below. Warning, it is graphic, but I want to stress the horrific reality of the situation I endured during my time in Mexico with this organization. On June 29th, 2018, I visited Kin Ha Cenotes with a friend, and participated in the Cenotes activity. In the activity, there is a free hanging glider that you can ride by holding on with two hands. You then jump off the glider and into a pool of water. No safety demonstration or explanation was done, and I was one of the first to ride the glider. I later learned that because the glider runs on a loop, the bottom rope needs to be kept out of the way so it doesn't catch you when you fall. This was not mentioned at all. Because no safety demo was done, the bottom rope was caught by my leg as I fell, and severely impacting and cutting up my pelvis and abdomen in the process. Immediately, it was clear that your staff did not want to assist or take responsibility for what happened. I was bleeding so heavily, and it was clear. As my friend helped me out of the water, blood was pouring onto the ground. And your staff said "Umm.. sorry, we don't have any extra towels, maybe take a shower and see if it's better.". Another guest with medical knowledge came to my attention and insisted that this was an extremely serious injury and that I needed to get to the hospital immediately. The staff stood around awkwardly and no one took action towards the very obvious injury they had just witnessed. It took more than 45 minutes for staff to organize a car to get us, and over an hour and a half for a car to arrive. We tried to speed up the process, but the staff continued eating, texting, and avoiding the situation. While we waited, I lied on the ground, bleeding, and no one from the staff helped. Instead, my friend and other tourists attended to me, giving me water and checking my heart rate. The situation was so bad that the doctor at the hospital confirmed that I had ruptured multiple internal arteries, and that the delay at the park led to further internal bleeding and damage. The injury was so serious that I could not return home to Canada for 10 days. From this experience, I accumulated hospital and medical bills of approximately $15,000 USD from two surgeries and hospital stay. This does not include the fact that my mother had to fly from Canada to assist me, because I could not walk. I have attempted to resolve this situation with Kin Ha Cenotes directly, but they have been uncooperative in any kind of compensation in support of what happened. Furthermore, they even refused to even refund my entrance fee because I had booked the tour with an agent (ABSURD), Kin Ha Cenotes has become unresponsive to my communication, and I am now forced to publicly address this situation. I fully hope that no one goes through the same horror that I encountered from this company. I am still hoping to get some kind of monetary refund, but it seems unlikely from this horrific organization that pinches pennies but won't assist a customer facing near death due to negligence from your own staff. read more

This is family owned and run down. The 'tour' is awful. First they don't tell you but you HAVE TO ride the ATV's to get the 2nd cenote. They had 3 of us on 1 as we didn't want to pay the additional fee to drive it separately- which they charge you for. The horse ride is not worth it. 10 minutes total and he held onto the rope and walks your horse. its a short 'pony' ride Don't pay extra for this. No one at the bottom of the cenote to assist you. There are parasites in the water and a few of us got sick after because we jumped in and the water went up our nose. We finished 2 hours early and had to just sit there waiting for the ride back. NOT WORTH THE MONEY . Sinks and lockers broken, and they asked us 3x for tips! The driver was nasty and mean. They didnt want you to take your camera only because they take photos for PURCHASE. These cenotes were not beautiful and the photos must be really old. RIP OFF I would recommend La Noria or a different one. They wouldnt give us our money back even after we were uncomfortable riding back with the same man you was mean that picked us up after the entire van complained. read more

This is a great place to visit! There are 2 Cenote areas. One by the restaurant ( which has killer empanadas and street tacos) and one that is much larger and about a 15 minute ride away (transportation provided). We were a party of 11. 3 of us stayed at the restaurant (to eat and drink) & 8 went to the Cenotes. We had previously gone to Cenotes Siete Bocas, which was a disappointment (no lockers, no real infrastructure and some of the Cenotes closed). So for infrastructure - lockers, bathrooms, restaurant (great food and cold beer- although the chicken flautas were a bit misleading - more like chicken tenders and cheese flautas). Also a place yo see the pictures they sell you, although if you do a your package from Cancun, the tour guides tell you that you can't take your cameras/phones (they must get a cut from the place). Even though we drove there and took our own pictures, we also bought their photo package - great photographer. The Cenote that is 15 minutes away has a large structure w/3 platform levels. Only 2 of our group braved the highest one. People were super friendly and we really enjoyed ourselves. We ate so much there, we actually canceled the dinner we had scheduled. Don't miss this Cenote! Was really good and the food was so good, we tipped the cook!! read more

So. My review based on the 1000 peso all included tour. Pros. The two Cenotes are great. Two very different ones, and you will like them both. Negatives. 1. They say no cameras allowed for safety. Then they had guys following us around with cameras. This made it very uncomfortable. It was if we had a chaperone. 2. ATV jungle tour was a WASTE. We just drove them from Cenote one to Cenote 2. On the main road and then a dirt road. The guest who pay only $400 pesos get a ride to Cenote 2. Maybe if you have never driven an ATV you might might like it. 3. As we didn't have our Camera, we watched the smaller groups that only paid for Cenotes come and video everything with their phones. That wasn't cool paying more to have people follow us around. We would have paid a photography fee like some other places require. 4. Appears the place has good intentions, yet they now are focusing on making money and less on gd experience. Way over priced based upon 9 other cenotes I have visited. read more

I had my phone stolen right after the presentation on this tour. Professional job. It was lifted from the back pocket of my shorts. :( The administration hasn't even flinched and wasn't too surprised either. Attempts to call the police in Puerto Morelos, Cancun and Playa Del Carmen ended up with the suggestion to come to a police station to file a report. In the middle of the jungle catch a taxi...It's a joke! AVOID going there if you want to keep your phone and your wallet. read more

Came to Cancun for a bachelorette event and stayed at the Grand Residences Resort, which was 20 minutes away. They have shuttles pick us up, which was nice, but the driver taking us there was speeding really fast and cutting into the opposite lane to cut a slower car constantly - it really worried a lot of us in the shuttle. Upon arrival, we got wristbands and quick orientation of the rules and history. You're not allowed to bring your phones or anything so that you can enjoy the excursions without worries. They even have lockers if you need to place things away before you go near water. There's bathrooms that flush and are pretty decent in cleanliness. We got suited into lifejackets to being our excursion. We started with a small sinkhole that we jumped 10 feet into and ziplined in. It was like an underwater cave because there were actual bats that lived in there! A bit creepy, but also really cool. Second stop was riding our ATVs through the jungle, where you can see monkeys above the trees. It was a little hard to steer with all the rocky roads, but afterawhile we got the hang of it. We then stopped by the last large sinkhole that had 5 platforms and a few ziplines for those that felt adventurous. I opted out because I can't handle heights :X however, I went into the water to enjoy the sinkhole anyways :) We ended the trip with actual ziplining over trees, which was probably the scariest thing I did all day as I am afraid of heights. I kept my eyes closed, but on the second leg down, it wasn't as bad as I thought so I was able to open my eyes. We even got complimentary food after, which we had the choice of burger or quesadilla. Since it's low-budget food, I suggest doing the burger vs the tasteless cheese quesadilla. They take photos for you along your excursion so you can look forward to a photo show after your day and decide to purchase or not. You're able to bargain if you have a larger group. We opted in for the photos for everyone so that we had memories for the bachelorette which came out to be $200 total for 13 girls. We got a shuttle ride back to the resort and really enjoyed our tour guide because he was funny and fun. The total of the excursion per person was $85 for all the activities we did from 1pm to 5pm - so I thought it was a great deal. Highly suggest! read more
Johnny Bravo and Crispy Bacon were our guides for this memorable experience. They were so much fun and encouraged all of us to try new adventures... but were not pushy at all. They were attentive, fun, and very professional! My family and I had the adventure of a lifetime today. Zip lines into water, jumping into caves, atv rides that were really fun! A++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ADVENTURE. Eric sold it to us from the beach in front of merry makers. It's a legit deal for a great time. read more

I have been on a similar excursion with a different company before, and this was by far the best. They not only had stations to wash your hands, toilets that flush as well as they provided a tasty lunch. The cenotes were absolutely stunning, one was underground in a cave (my personal favorite) and we ATV'd to the other one which was something you see on TV. It was amazing zip lining into the beautiful lagoons. The ATV's were safer than the predecessor's and our guide, Johnny Bravo was all about safety and excitement. I would recommend this trip to any adrenaline junkie as well as it was a great family environment with an emphasis on safety and fun. If you are staying in/around Cancun I highly recommend this excursion. You won't regret it. read more
