I had never heard of the Calder Caramel shirts and he spent time to educate me about the best colors for my skin type, the brand, etc. The shirts are not cheap, but neither am I, but still I decided to wait. He was not only accepting of that, but almost encouraging of it. But after leaving I turned around and went back in to buy the shirt. He had just closed the store, but opened the door and let me in to buy the shirt. He repeated if I have any troubles with it then do not hesitate to return it. I ended up purchasing a tuxedo jacket for my suit given that they did not have the jacket I wanted in stock, but overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I plan on purchasing the suit jacket I originally wanted from this location in the future once I save up enough money for it. The polite and respectful gentleman that helped me with my purchase was David if I remember rightly. What I liked most about David was that he was very patient with me and made extra sure to pick out exactly what I wanted. Specifically, I remember someone (whom I think was the manager) questioning whether or not the Pronto Uomo suit I wanted was the one I actually wanted. David responded by saying something along the lines of "no, he specifically asked for a Pronto Uomo suit." I was also unsure about the length of pants and fit for the suit, but David gave me some helpful suggestions. This was only my second time ever stepping into a Men's Warehouse location and I was very nervous about how my experience would go. David did a very nice job of making my experience one that is enough for me to write a 5-star review.

So I followed her into the Tacoma SAS store and was greeted by Carolyn. This lady turned a lifetime of shoe shopping trauma on it's ear! Carolyn spent over an HOUR (you read it right!) fitting our difficult-to-fit feet with those shoes of incredible quality. Carolyn could easily be the poster girl for fine customer service (remember "customer service" folks?) -- a sadly rare commodity currently. This store is now our "go to" for shoes!! Note: CLOSED on Sundays. This site says open at noon on Sundays. WRONG-O!! (please update).

Super helpful visit yesterday - took a favorite relative here to get new comfort shoes. They were…read morereally happy with the selection and sizes, and Kay was very helpful in actually getting them into a pair that fit rather than the size they thought they needed. I really appreciate Kay talking them into trying a different size and helping them with various permutations of that size to find exactly the right fit and the right shoe. Their new comfort shoes are a lot better - thanks so much Kay and SAS Shoes, glad to have favorite relative walking better and happier, and I think also being more stable on their feet. (They also have some reasonably cute comfort shoes, but I didn't do much shopping since I was busy with my relative!) In terms of stock, on the aisle I looked at when I did a quick shop, they had very few women's shoes in sizes larger than 10, so if you have bigger feet, you may need to order. There were maybe 3+ aisles of women's shoes and 1+ aisle of men's shoes. Also I learned that SAS Shoes are made in the USA (Texas) or Italy, they're known for comfort, and if you have an older pair that's in relatively good shape you can send then back to the factory to be refitted. This store and the store on 3rd Ave NE in Seattle are both company stores rather than franchises.
