A huge shoutout to Joel, who made the experience so much more than simply buying a hat. He was incredibly personable, helpful, and genuinely fun to shop with, it honestly felt like I was shopping with a friend who wanted to help me find the perfect hat. He took his time, made the whole process enjoyable, and turned what could have been a quick purchase into a memorable experience. You can tell Chapel Hats puts thought into not only their products, but the entire experience they create for their customers. I walked out with a hat I love AND such a positive memory. Joel is an absolute gem and a huge part of what made this a 5-star experience. Definitely recommend stopping in!

I always forget about this store when it comes to our sporting good needs, but I'm glad they are here because they've had everything we've needed. The employees are always ready to greet me every single time we've walked in. They ask us what we are browsing for and point us in the direction we need to go. We needed to buy cleats for my son who plays flag football. The employee helped us find his size and made sure it was the right fit. We also needed a mouth guard and he gave us his recommendation on what brand to get. They sell pretty much everything and anything pertaining to physical activity. We've browsed around the store and found a few unique things that you wouldn't be able to find at Walmart. If you sign up for their emails, they send coupons all the time. I'm for certain we will be here again once baseball season starts.

Hello. I dont normally write reviews unless I have a very rude encounter. An associate named Scott…read morewas very rude to me and another guest in the store. Judging by how other associates were interacting with him, I'm unfortunately assuming he is a manager. Very unprofessional the way he talked to me in store. I walked in to look for a pair a shoes and when i asked for help he ignored me then like made a wincing face to me. I felt very judged and undervalued at this establishment. Ive already sent a very detailed message to corporate regarding his unprofessional behavior. At the very least, there is some serious retraining or consequences that this associate needs. Will not be coming back.

I hadn't been to the Fashion Show Mall in years, when my sister suggested we go to find dresses for…read moremy daughter's wedding in August. We'll save that review for another day. But we did find AEO and my sister was hoping to also find the jeans jacket we saw in Cali a couple of months ago, and we wanted to look at the T's and jeans. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and the store was clean. My problem was the guy with three GoPros taped together standing at the fitting room entrance filming. When I asked the person with the tablet in front of the store if the guy was filming she said he's in public and he's allowed. I didn't say anything at the time; however, that wasn't my question. I was more concerned that my likeness or image would end up on some two-bit Instagram 'influencer' post without my expressed consent or authorization or compensation. And even more concerned that this guy was filming at the entrance of the fitting rooms. Under Nevada Revised Statute (NRS) § 200.604, it is a crime to film someone without their consent in fitting or dressing rooms. Standing at the entrance to the fitting rooms with multiple filming devices did not make me feel very comfortable. In addition, the person filming cannot use my face or likeness to sell a commercial product or advertisement without obtaining a signed release form from me. The guy filming and the person with the tablet may not know who I am, but there are many, many, many others who do. So the chances of trying on shirts and jeans for my sister and me were 0 to none. And that's a shame. She did, though, find her jacket at 70% off.
