They were really quick to ask if I needed assistance and when I needed it they were right there to help. Of all the sports stores selling jerseys in Arden, this one had the most selection and lower prices. Even had the old classic jerseys which was real nice to see. My only problem would be for jackets, there doesn't seem to be much of a variety in sizes. Most of the jacket sizes that I was looking at were either S or XL and nothing really in between. For the most part they have a variety of sizes in jerseys and shirts so finding one that would fit was not at all a problem. Exchange policies are very simple and reasonable. Overall best sports store I went to in Arden, the other stores the employees didn't seem too interested in really helping but over here was able to engage in a nice conversation with the employees. Will come again!

I've got a fever, and the only cure is an overpriced sports store. Well, not exactly. Given the…read morewide availability of sports clothing these days, I couldn't see any justification for the outrageous prices here. Not to mention, the selection conveniently did not include almost anything I was looking for. I wanted to buy a 49ers shirt and found one in my size that I really liked. I was shocked to find out this average-to-poor quality shirt, which I could find online for half the price easily, was going for $70. Holy markup! I asked if there were any sales and the employee at the register seemed annoyed I had even posed a question. The only plus was that when it comes to local teams, they had more than I had found elsewhere. Sports Fever is an apt name - their service, stocking, pricing and selection need some medical attention.

I had to pick up an online order recently, and the customer service experience was enough to remind…read moreme why we rarely shop here anymore. When I walked in, a young employee near the entrance asked if I needed help. I explained that I was there to pick up an online order, and she told me she wasn't trained to handle that and that the manager at the register could assist me. When I approached the register, the employee with dark green hair had her back turned to me while talking to another employee. The other employee made eye contact with me multiple times but continued their conversation. After several minutes, she finally told her coworker, "You have a customer." The response? An audible "Ugh," followed by the employee turning around and greeting me with an obviously forced, overly sweet "Hi, love. Are you ready?" She retrieved my order, I thanked her, and as I walked away, she immediately turned back to her coworker and said, "Sorry about that." Apparently, helping a customer pick up an order is an inconvenience. We've watched the selection at this store decline significantly over the years, and the customer service has always been hit or miss. Experiences like this make it even harder to justify shopping here. I understand that employees have conversations and that not everyone is going to be cheerful every second of their shift, but openly expressing annoyance at a customer who simply needs assistance is unprofessional and unnecessary. At this point, I'd rather pay for shipping than come back to pick up an order and feel like I'm inconveniencing the people who work here. That's a pretty disappointing place for a store to be.

You name it, they've got it. I was overwhelmed with the selection they had... which is GREAT if you want to buy something, not quite as great if you want to sell something because they're in a position to be (and actually, at this point, MUST be) pretty picky about what they buy for resale. Obviously, they're not going to want to shell out $$ for something they don't think they can sell relatively quickly at a profit, so it's definitely a supply and demand kind of thing. Makes sense. If I was in the market to buy something, I'd definitely drop by.

Grabbed a pair of shoes for my son, headed to the register and the cashier was very nice. After he was done ringing me up and bagging up my order he offered to do a magic trick for me. He then pulled out a deck of cards, shuffled them. I picked a card and put it back in the deck. He picked the card I chose like 3 times. Cool and weird. I'll take it bc nowadays it typical for cashier to not even look customers in the eyes or try to make any real connection with people, or even try to hide the fact that they hate their job and you're bothering them. That guy made my day.

For whatever reason, the last time I went was different and unfortunately I won't return to this store. I walked in with my daughter and wasn't greeted by either of the two employees standing next to the door, which is weird because I usually smile and say hi to the employees, so it wasn't like I was giving off bad vibes. However, the woman walking in behind me got a very enthusiastic greeting. When my daughter and I were looking around, not once did either of those employees ask if we needed assistance but they sure did ask others around us if they needed help. We weren't being rude or loud, so I'm not sure why we didn't receive any of the customer service we normally get. They didn't even acknowledge us when we walked out after purchasing some items, and we walked out of the door closest to them! I go to the the Folsom store now and the customer service there is so much better.
