High end products at quality prices. Fresh vegetables, fish, eggs & other dairy products. Really love their nuts and juices aisles.

Have been going here a while now and have rarely any complaints. Great options when buying groceries, a paper to keep track of any sales that week, and good service- with all of that Lidl seems to have it all! There is something so "home-y" about this place, I just can't put my finger on it! Maybe it is getting greeted by the smells at the bakery, the endless choices of food within your grasp to make a good meal, or even just simply the pleasant lighting throughout this store. Either way I will keep comng here. I bought my stuff today and ended up with a total of about twenty dollars. To some this is seemingly steep, but I feel with the quality I find here it is worth it! read more

I love LDL! They have some amazing international items. I also love their flavored sparkling waters, their brand of ginger ale and cola. Save a lot of money. The bakery is really good as well as their frozen items. I really like their breakfast bowls and sandwiches for a quick fix in the morning. They have great seafood and meats as well. This location is clean, well stocked and staff is helpful! read more

Lidl opened up in my area so I had to check it out. I really love the set up for the meat and frozen food section. I can do away with the middle bin/household stuff. I do wish they carried more organic items (such as milk). The prices are fair.. the store is bright and clean. I'll be back read more

5 stars for the store and products, zero stars for most of the staff I live nearby and loooove Lidl and go there even tho I'm nauseated by the way cashiers treat most customers. You don't have to be high on life like they are at Trader Joe's. But if someone says hi, you say hi back. If someone says "how are you doing?" You say OK back. It's being human. Yesterday was just too much - the cashier with red braids and knuckle tattoos (not that I care about that, just trying to explain which person it was because they don't wear name tags) was beyond despondent, whatver, but then there was an older guy with a cane at the front who did not know how to use his EBT card. The cashier would just not help him. At one point, he threw his hands up and rolled his eyes when the guy did not know how to tap his card. Patience and kindness is lacking there. I found the guy in the parking lot after and told him the store is really great and not to let the cashiers rudeness sway him from not going back. But he said he he's not going back. If you're not a people person, or you, you're having a bad day - you should not be put on register. If you can't say hello to people, you should not be put on the register. If you don't have patience to help people, you should not be put on the register. Also, I love the bake bakery - but half the time I go they are out of 75% of the stuff which is so sad. They need to do more marketing. Maybe in East Lansdowne- bc crappy Expensive Giant is so packed all the time. read more

Now open in Clifton Heights! Awesome to have a Lidl nearby. Store design is similar to Folsom but flipped, entrance, flowers and bakery to your left. It's in the old KMart so a few differences from a standalone store. Middle of Lidl has normal stuff (pots, pans) and neat things (telescopes!) Lots of staff on hand for opening day. I skipped a few aisles since I wanted to get in and out and checkout was pretty fast for an opening day. There won't be this many lanes open once they get going. Will definitely be back. read more

Their store brand items are pretty good. I love their variety herbal teas and their dish detergents have pleasant aromas.

They're finally open! The outside is bright, welcoming, and matches the aesthetic of the complex (but the bright yellow awning makes it stand out from the rest). Since today was the grand opening there were plenty of staff members outside welcoming the the steady income or shoppers and inform you of their offerings in person and on the app. The store was well stocked from the front door to the checkout line. The bakery items were all on sale from fresh breads to donuts and other treats (they smelled super delicious). Some other items that immediately grabbed my attention were their seafood options, such as Argentine shrimp, flounder filets, and whole calamari. They also had a wide selection of organic products at reasonable prices (produce, snacks, meats, etc.). All in all, excited to have a new Lidl's in the area for a fresh shopping experience. Okay, I'm not a fan of crowded supermarkets with people blocking the aisles with big carts and cardboard displays positioned in these same aisles which seem to be roadblocks. Enter Lidl and feel the difference immediately. Maybe it's the happy music they play or the fact that the staff seem conscientious, or maybe it's the fun freezer section that always seems to offer new selections. I keep going back. The prices are good! You can buy name brands or take a shot at unusual products. The shopping center is spacious and immaculate as well. read more

"Love it or it's free! Money back and product replaced" is a total lie at this Lidl. To begin with, why would anyone want a product replaced that he or she didn't like? Anyway, I bought a loaf of Lidl Italian bread in late November of this year for $2.15 I'm pretty sure. A couple of days later, my girlfriend said that there was mold all over the bread, so, I decided to return it the next time I went to Lidl (would anyone make a special trip to the grocery store to get back $2.15 [which I was denied eventually anyway]) ? The next time that I went to Lidl, there was only one line open with at least three customers waiting, and no big sign anywhere that said "Refunds/Exchanges." Another cashier was leaving and had her light out, but I thought that I could at least ask her the question of where customers can take advantage of the store's "Love it or it's free! Money back and product replaced" policy. Before I could ask her, she snapped "I'm closed." I asked her where refunds took place and she said "You gotta ask a cashier." I thought this was rude, her being a cashier, but I waited until I was ready to check out. Of course I got the same ignorant cashier with the great customer-service ghetto attitude. As I watched my groceries advance on the conveyor belt, I stood there with my loaf of bread and my receipt. She must've have noticed me, but went right into tallying my groceries after finishing with the last customer. When I told her that I needed to get credit for my order with the money I was owed, due to their "Love it or it's free! Money back and product replaced" policy, with that great attitude of hers, first she said "Why didn't you tell me at the beginning of your order?" When I told her that I had been standing there, conspicuous with my loaf of bread and receipt, she said "You gotta put it on a gift card." She repeated this a couple of times. It took me a minute to realize that she only knew one definition for "credit" -- a credit card. A plump supervisor of hers came over and told me "Since you bought it last month, I can only offer you a replacement. I told her that I had had a very unpleasant shopping experience because of the ghetto cashier's repeated telling me what I "gotta" do, and that I would never come back. read more

This store only opened a few months ago, and already, the quality of the staff has gone way downhill. The staff seem to have more of a ghetto attitude towards their customers. Stay away unless you like being treated to rude, ghetto cashiers and a hefty manager who ignores Lidl's "Love it or it's free" policy. That's bullshit. I was only offered the same loaf a bread (which expires tomorrow) to replace the loaf of bread that had mold on it. I didn't love it, I paid cash, so, I should get the cash back -- that's what free means! Being given the option to pick up the same loaf of bread that turned my stomach isn't "free." read more
