I didn't have time to find a coin operated laundry mat so I text Chris, the owner of Cj's Drycleaners and he responded right away saying he could accommodate all the bags of laundry I had, including rugs. I had 4 large bags and they had it done the same day and I picked them up the following morning. Everything was so nice and clean, and folded! I was only charged $100. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because the 2nd time I brought the same amount of laundry, this time there was a large expensive pillow included but I was charged approx $140 for the same amount and the pillow was not only still wet, it was damaged on both ends and it's not so comfortable anymore. Not only that, much of the laundry was still wet and they forgot to give me an entire bag that had all my towels and dishcloths. I'm also missing at least one pair of jeans and I have a feeling there is more missing that I haven't discovered yet. Overall, the service is wonderful and they did an amazing job the first time. Perhaps this was a hiccup, it happens but I wanted to give them another shot before reviewing.

So I took the first one and paid 65 dollars for the first pair the second pair I told the lady at the front this was not wht I asked for. So td comes and I come to pick up the second pair and they charge me 65 twice because she said we took it bac. I coordinated to meet their expert tailor and she was fabulous and so helpful in customizing a look that would not diminish the overall look of the dress but just subtly tighten a mini strap at the back to shorten the length of my arm straps. It was tailored exactly as I hoped with minimal fuss and all the glory when I tried it back on. I was so happy with their tailoring g and cleaning of the dress before my wedding that I brought it back first them to have it cleaned and preserved for $350. It comes in a concealed and propped up box so that the dress maintains its quality over the years until I decide to use it again and/or maybe pass it down to my stepdaughter. Chevy Chase Deluxe Cleaners is completely different. From the moment I walked in, the owners Vanik and Narine made me feel like a valued customer, not just another ticket number. They were so kind, respectful, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was done right. I brought in a few items that needed cleaning and steaming and everything came back looking absolutely perfect. The creases were sharp, the fabrics felt fresh, and you could tell real care went into the work. It wasn't rushed or sloppy, it was meticulous. Other cleaners I've went to always mess up my clothing.
