His staff is of course professional, but even more impressive than that is the technology that he uses. So as soon as my wife was finished, Dr. Choi did an exam and cleaning right then. It was not planned and I was delighted to have him take me as a new patient. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, his practice has taken a hit and he is actually doing the cleanings as well as all other procedures. I will be back soon for some additional work. I was TOTALLY happy with him and found him very personable and professional. We are both happy to discover him. And his office manager, Helen, was also delightful. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark Choi.

I went here for a new patient appointment last year after reading all of the fantastic Google…read morereviews. I had the worst dental experience I've ever had! The appointment took like 2 hours, and they were super rough with my mouth (I'm not even that sensitive). I was bleeding a bit (because they were so rough!) and the hygienist flatly said "you have gum disease" and didn't explain that more. They wanted to fit me for a night guard and they acted like it was my fault they couldn't get the sensor to work right (very uncomfortable too). Again, they were so rough and the person fitting me for it didn't even introduce herself, just walked in and jammed the sensor in my mouth. The office itself is cute from the outside but the inside feels very disorganized and not clean. There were cords everywhere and random things just stacked in corners. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk staff were very nice and they worked with me ahead of the appointment to make sure my insurance (I'd just switched insurances) would be accepted. I do appreciate that!
