The doctor took the time to walk me through everything, reviewed his scans carefully, and reassured me that based on what she's seeing, it's not something that needs to be handled immediately. She explained that he's only seven and that around age ten is typically a better time to consider that type of procedure. Since he hasn't lost all his smaller teeth yet and his adult teeth are still coming in, she didn't feel like rushing into surgery was necessary. That alone gave me so much peace of mind. I really appreciated that she listened to my concerns and didn't push for something aggressive right away. We ended up scheduling a follow up in six months just to keep an eye on things. The front desk was also very kind and helpful, and the wait time wasn't bad at all. The only slightly tricky part was finding the location, but once we were there, everything went smoothly. Overall, such a positive experience, especially for a nervous mom. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident in the care my son is receiving.

Then my original review here was flagged and removed on the grounds that it "wasn't about this business", even though I scheduled through their front desk, called their number, and received a receipt from Smile Specialists. Now they're trying to deny affiliation with the oral surgeon to avoid accountability. Be careful when considering this dental office, because this kind of behavior says a lot about how they run their business.
