We visited yesterday for my teenage daughter to take her driving test. As I waited for my daughter to be called and why my daughter was taking her test, I watched several driving test staff come out and call names to take someone out for their test and every single staff member was kind, warm, smiled and engaged with the person. I watched an anxiety decreased among every single person who was being tested. The feedback to my daughter after her test was intentional and kind. As she passed, we then had to go to the other section of the BMV to get her license and again, every person we encountered was lovely. This BMV was extremely busy, but it was like a well-oiled machine. Everything moved fairly quickly and every person we encountered was great. Just before he retired from the military, he went to get an Ohio license and was told by another location that he'd need to take the driver's license test, since his license was expired. We came to THIS location, and they figured out how to get him an Ohio license without having to take the written and driving exam. Today we came to register a new vehicle and found that they have changed their system (due to COVID) and now screen you when you walk in, give you a number, and direct you to stand on one of the circles on the floor that are 6 feet apart until your number is called. We were out of there in under 15 minutes. Everyone who works there is always friendly and polite.
