She checked all of our heads for lice (adults and kids included), did our oil treatments and sent us on our way. As she guarantees, we are lice free (you must do the oil treatments 7 and 14 days after you see her... the oil is what kills any nits that may be remaining). I have sent probably 10+ friends her way, all of who had great experiences too. Thanks Kristen for helping us through... it isn't something that is enjoyable and you bring comfort to a stressful time! But life happens ‍ when we heard that my fiancés…read moredaughter had lice we went into full panic mode of cleaning and Nix sprays and treatments and whatever else we could find on Google... fast forward ahead two weeks to just before we get his daughter for a full week and the other house is still finding live bugs and eggs... my fiancé did some different research and came upon Nits End. First and foremost, they do a screening and then make a plan as needed from there. My fiancé and I both were screened and deemed lice free- our Little still had live bugs and eggs so we decided to move forward with their full treatment option of hot air (it has a real name but I can't recall) then another full comb out and then an oil that kills anything else that somehow survived... we also choose to purchase a detangling spray for non wash days that will help prevent lice moving forward (they don't like strong scents, this one is peppermint scented!) The relief our Little can finally have and frankly our own peace of mind was well worth it. The staff was incredibly informative and patient and friendly with all of us. While I hope it was a one time thing, I would definitely head back if needed again in the future!

My 20 year old daughter who has very long and full hair some how got lice. With 2 girls we made it…read morethrough elementary, middle school, high school and college with no incidence with lice. When we discovered she had it we went and bought the usual over the counter stuff. I worked on her hair for 7 hours, we were up all night. Still with no guarantee that it would get rid of everything. Just to be safe she booked an appointment at Lice Aunties and thank God she did. I did not get it all and we would be still going through all of this. They took her the same day she called. They were very nice, and the treatment was incredible. No chemicals it is all done with hot air which dehydrates the lice and the nits. The over the counter treatment only works on the lice not the nits. They combed through her hair got all of the nits and its now been a week and she has not had a reoccurrence. It is expensive and they do ask for a tip which kind of surprised me but if you have been through an incidence with lice it is worth every penny! Thank you Lice Aunties!!!
