He treated all 4 members of the family, and showed us how to continue with follow-up care to ensure we remain lice free. Kevin is incredible with kids, my daughter is 6, and he was able to take care of her without any crying or screaming. Her hair is extremely long, thick, and curly. While she did become fidgety at the very end of being treated, he never once showed annoyance or irritation with her. He was equally excellent with my 'special needs' son. My son is 11, with aspergers, and Kevin was able to treat him without any outbursts. Kevin is incredibly friendly, and sociable. We never felt as though we had a stranger in our home, it felt much more like we were visiting with a friend. When I took my daughter to school the next day, Kevin had provided us with a few business cards (one of which I gave to school nurse, so she could recommend his services to others), as well as a return to school letter. I couldn't be happier with the service we received, especially considering the reason for needing it.

Kevin did a wonderful job combing out our entire family (including a squirmy preschooler). His demeanor is calm, positive, and reassuring, which is exactly what my family needed. His methods are simple and effective. No chemicals, no gimmicks, no mess. Just the tools and process to make sure all of the lice and nits are removed from each person's head. For follow-up, Kevin gave us guidance for easy, straightforward daily combing. One month later we are still lice-free! I would gladly recommend Kevin or use him again if the need arises.

Kristen saw us on short notice (texted her in the evening, she saw us the next morning). She checked all of our heads for lice (adults and kids included), did our oil treatments and sent us on our way. As she guarantees, we are lice free (you must do the oil treatments 7 and 14 days after you see her... the oil is what kills any nits that may be remaining). I have sent probably 10+ friends her way, all of who had great experiences too. Thanks Kristen for helping us through... it isn't something that is enjoyable and you bring comfort to a stressful time! BTW - we bought a few extra bottles of the oil on our way out, which I would highly recommend. This helped us a year or so later when a kid inevitably got lice again... No one wants to hear the dreaded word "lice." First and foremost, they do a screening and then make a plan as needed from there. My fiancé and I both were screened and deemed lice free- our Little still had live bugs and eggs so we decided to move forward with their full treatment option of hot air (it has a real name but I can't recall) then another full comb out and then an oil that kills anything else that somehow survived... we also choose to purchase a detangling spray for non wash days that will help prevent lice moving forward (they don't like strong scents, this one is peppermint scented!) The relief our Little can finally have and frankly our own peace of mind was well worth it. The staff was incredibly informative and patient and friendly with all of us. While I hope it was a one time thing, I would definitely head back if needed again in the future!
