I can't say enough good things about Nit Hero 911 and Maureen! Lice was going around my children's school, so I knew it was possible we could end up with a case of it, but nothing really prepares you for seeing tiny bugs crawling in your children's hair. When I saw it, I have to admit I panicked just a little. But, I remembered Nit Hero 911, the local business, our preschool Director and close friend recommended, and I called right away. Within 30 minutes, Maureen was at my house to calm me down and remove the critters from four of our heads. It took a little less than three hours to be completely lice free and feeling back to normal. If I had attempted to do it myself, I would have spent countless hours, used harmful chemicals and spent lots of money trying to rid ourselves of it. With Maureen it was so quick, painless and safe, my children barely noticed they had it. She also made time to come back at the end of the day to make sure my husband was free and clear, so we could rest easy knowing the lice was completely gone. She gave me simple instructions on how to clean the house, which was a lot less than I would have thought. The information on the internet is overwhelming and inaccurate.
