Not knowing where to begin, we phoned Lice Be Gone promptly at 8am on a Monday morning and spoke with a representative who booked us immediately for a 10am appointment in the Waldwick office. The office staff is kind and helpful. They requested us to bring a T-shirt to change into after the lice and nits were removed. All three of us were treated in a clean professional office. There was a tv available to watch while the staff worked through our infested locks and combed out the nits and bugs with conditioner and a lice comb. A second clinician was even called in to help expedite the process. We were unprepared for this nuisance after a week of itching began at the tail end of our Disney World vacation.
