My daughter end up getting lice. I called Lice busters because we had never had an experience with lice before. We got in the same day I called. My youngest had lice and I had them check myself and my oldest. It was a nice calming experience. We were done pretty quick and everyone one was so friendly and understanding. It took about an hour and a half for the treatment. While I was waiting I was cutting up with some of the moms waiting because we were all going through the same thing. The building is cute, you park around back and walk up the stairs. You walk into a big room with individual treatment areas. They gave my daughter a tablet to watch a show to pass the time. They also have a little vacuums and wipes that you can take out and make sure there's no little buggies in your car. It was a little pricey but well worth it for a professional to a thorough job. I went from being super stressed out about it, to being completely at ease. We had such a wonderful experience. read more

AMAZING place to go to for help with lice. They comforted my daughter and made it as best as they could. They were patient and gentle. They even offered a vacuum for my car to help remove any that might be there. They also offered a spray deterrent to help keep the pests away for kids backpack. A year later and we are back. One of my son's good friends in his class had lice and while I checked my son and was almost certain we were in the clear, I still made an appt with Lice Busters for piece of mind. I called Libby early Saturday morning and she answered and I made an appt for all 3 of my kids. They were just about finished combing my son out and turned his head one final position when they found a lone tiny baby lice that was almost impossible to see or find for that matter. My employer and I had a great experience at lice busters today as a precautionary measure. We made an appointment which was easy to do on the phone and Linda explained all treatment options in detail. We came into the appointment to an extremely clean facility with cute pictures and signs all over. They had two technicians check us for lice and eggs thoroughly using a comb and conditioner. The staff was so friendly and willing to help. They even dried our hair and braided my hair as the hair still has the conditioner in it from the check. I would highly recommend going here if you are concerned about lice or actually have it. Your entire family can be checked and/or treated in one visit. They were fantastic and thorough. read more

After two long weeks of trying to comb out nits out of my daughter's hair, I got extremely frustrated and felt like I was losing my mind since they weren't going away and I was always finding a new nit when I combed my daughter's hair. I had received a prescription from my pediatrician but the problem persisted. I called my pediatrician's office at my wits end, and I am so glad they recommended this company to us. All of the employees are very professional, and they provided my daughter with top notch care. They were very sympathetic to how stressed I was and were extremely through. They also offered great tips on how to recognize lice, how to do the comb-out, and what products to use to prevent recurrence in the future. Having never faced the issue of lice before, I was lost --that is until I called Libby. With my daughter being sent home in what seems like weeks of her classroom being plagued by these strange (and frankly icky) creatures, Libby was at my door within hours. We called this company after a couple of days of attempting to comb out nits. I will tell you this much, if one of my kids ever gets lice again I am not hesitating to call the lice busters. They offer one of the most professional services I have ever seen. They have top-notch equipment and professional personnel. The price is tremendously reasonable and way way way worth it. I was so happy when I found Lice Busters! My two children and I had lice, I was sure because I found live adult lice when checking all of us. EW! I went in right away, they fit you in ASAP usually within the same day or the very next day. I got the full treatment and it was lovely. I felt so clean and lice free when I left. I treated my children myself but decided to bring my daughter in because she has a lot of very thick, curly hair and I couldn't sleep until I was sure. They did a comb out and found a few nits on her. They're all very friendly and they do such a thorough job. They tell you every thing you need to know about cleaning after a lice infestation. We dealt with head lice for several week over the summer, and was using a preventative to remain lice free. So I was quite shocked when my 9 yr old turned up with them again! If you or a family member has ever suffered through the unfortunate affliction of head lice you know how unsettling and difficult it can be to try and eradicate these disgusting pests. Like most people, I had no idea what I was up against when one of my four kids brought home this awful situation. I tried the over the counter remedies, and and despite my efforts to treat my daughter myself (with the toxic chemical shampoo you buy at the pharmacy) these horrible creatures eventually came back and eventually spread throughout the entire family. After several home treatments they just kept reappearing, much to my disgust and dismay (not to mention the cost of the expensive over the counter treatments that didn't work). Even when you think you've wiped them out, the "nits" can be impossible to see. As a result, they just come back like a bad plague, and are absolutely maddening. I consider myself pretty capable and a good mom, but this was one of a very few problems that I called upon a professional, and I'm so very glad that I did. Just when I was at my wits end I found Lice Busters. Libby, the owner is friendly, easy to work with and extremely knowledgable. Our situation arose during the holidays but she nonetheless was able to make an immediate appointment to treat us. She is good with all ages, as she worked on my four kids, whose ages range from 1-15, as well as my husband and I, who as it turned out, all had all been "infected." She shampooed, combed and treated all of us with precision and care. She was a wealth of knowledge on treatment as well as prevention of re-infestation. With all the "head to head" contact with kids and swapping hats, hairbands and helmets, there's a good chance we could see this problem again. I discovered my daughter and myself had lice on a Saturday morning and my friend had recommended this place after she went here so I sent an email and had a return call asap. I got some information about what they do here and decided early the following morning that we would come in for treatment after trying to do the DIY kits at home, Libby was able to get us in asap. We both had the AirAlle heated air treatments done followed by a comb out and it is well worth the time and money to have some peace of mind back. I have never dealt with this before but the girls here are professional and friendly and don't make you feel like your an outsider.
