Then she continued to complain saying she only has 20 minutes. Both things she should talk to her supervisor about not complain infront of the customer about. She looked at one of my documents and said to her coworker that she didn't know how to do that one and she only had 20 minutes. Another lady came over complaining that someone stole her pen.
