After 2-3 hours (Thursday evening) they were unable to print or e-file the filing but charged the estate $380 On Tuesday evening I received a call stating they were able to e-file the return and I could come in Wednesday to pickup copies of the documents. She is a senior accountant and knows all laws inside and out and was really helpful in getting us back everything we were owed. We even have an appointment for next year's taxes. The price to prepare you taxes depends on how many different things you have to file. I subtract one star because the prices are pretty high. If you want to avoid the headache and don't mind paying out a little, this is your place.
