I went to this office to file a 1041 for the sale of an estate property. This was supposed to be a…read morevery simple filing and I took a completed 1041 Form with me. After 2-3 hours (Thursday evening) they were unable to print or e-file the filing but charged the estate $380 On Tuesday evening I received a call stating they were able to e-file the return and I could come in Wednesday to pickup copies of the documents. I've been coming here the last few years because of extra items we had to file that I wasn't used to doing on Turbo Tax. It's great because all our past files are their, so the process is easy the following year. This year our tax specialist was Mary. She is a senior accountant and knows all laws inside and out and was really helpful in getting us back everything we were owed. We even have an appointment for next year's taxes. The price to prepare you taxes depends on how many different things you have to file. I subtract one star because the prices are pretty high. If you want to avoid the headache and don't mind paying out a little, this is your place.

The most unprofessional service…read more We walked in expecting to wait and we did. Once we got a tax "professional" she complained the whole time saying she was double booked. Not our fault but ok. Then she continued to complain saying she only has 20 minutes. Both things she should talk to her supervisor about not complain infront of the customer about. THEN she said my social security number out loud several times. LOUDLY. Like isn't that sensitive information?? She looked at one of my documents and said to her coworker that she didn't know how to do that one and she only had 20 minutes. Another lady came over complaining that someone stole her pen. Like her coworker wasn't in the middle of working with a client. I could not locate one of my documents so I let them know I needed to reschedule, the lady goes "you know you only have 4 days" Yes that's clear, thanks. I don't need to be talked to like an idiot. Y'all need to get your act together because I will not be using your services ever again if that's how your tax "professionals act". The lack of customer service and professionalism just baffled me.
