Too inconsistent and they don't care about their customers. First incident I ordered (delivery) a salad with our order, after beginning to eat it I started to uncover brown/expired pieces of lettuce. It's almost as if they tried to hide it because it was all on the bottom and underneath good lettuce. They did fix the issue after the salad was taken back to the store. Today, another case of hiding crap. I ordered a medium pizza, half on red sauce and half on white since I am the only one who likes it in my home. When I opened the box the side that was supposed to be red sauce clearly looked like it had white sauce as well as red. There was so much sauce the toppings slide off and revealed their mistake. The side that was supposed to have white sauce looked normal and tasted normal. It's just unfortunate that instead of remaking it, they tried to cover it up and sent out crap to a customer. Definitely going to miss the white sauce as I will not be ordering from here anymore. Cutting corners is not something I want from a restaurant that feeds my family. read more

I've given this place many many chances, the pizza is only ok but for the most part edible. The last straw for me, which is the cause of this actual review (I usually only review a place if it is 5 star worthy) was when I called to ask if the lunch special was happening. I was told yes and my order was taken, after a 15 minute wait I went in to get my order. The girl rings me up and says the pizza is almost ready, and walks away. I ask for the soda cup, she was like oh yeah. She grabbed one and handed it to me. I tried 2 different sodas and realized they were out, I tell the girl "your sodas are out", she didn't seem surprised and said "I'll go check the Co2. She came back quickly and said they are out, sorry there really isn't much else I can do for you about it. I said well I only ordered because it was a combo (remember I asked that in the beginning), her response was I can just give you your money back if you want? I thought for a second and said, yeah ok. She hands me my money and turns to the back and yells " you can throw out that pizza, she just cancelled". Customer service these days seems to be a lost art. To the owners of liberty pizza, you are one pizza place within a 2 mile radius of like 5 total pizza places...... you may want to train your staff a little better. At minimum tell them to wait until the customer they just disappointed is gone before fueling the fire. read more

Has to be the worst pizza in antelope. I have tried this place twice in 5 years and terrible each time. Overpriced unless you speak Russian saw others paying half what I was charged for twice as much pizza. Must be a place where friends and family post good reviews. Beware this place will rip you off and your food will be poorly made. I think the employees don't care and has to be a result of poor management and ownership. I LOVE this place! It's reasonably priced and tasty. Whenever I call and place an order they give me a 45-60 minute wait time but my food has never taken more than 35 minutes even on a busy Friday night. I usually order a large meat lovers pizza (pesto instead of red sauce) and an order of garlic bread and total is about $25 Their garlic bread is creamy and cheesy goodness man oh man I could eat that alone and be happy. This place has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with consistency! In the entire America. Pizza is good. But they understaff with a bunch of high school kids with no lessons in customer service who consistently burn or overcharge and disagree or have to be asked for cheese packets every single 5 seconds because their brains can't hold it long enough. There are some good workers there, but overall...whatever happened to the term customer service??
