I am disgusted with this and will never buy another privilege card. What a waste of money for me, I deserve a refund!

NOW 60 days out we are being told otherwise and with absolutely little care. This low on their part is going to cost us thousands of dollars. There is also a large Jacuzzi ( Age restriction- must be 16 years old) . Like all the Recreation Centers, the grounds are IMMACULATE. Bring your supplies; cart them out, as it's a wonderfully clean place. Lots of parking. Not a lot of restroom or other facilities, but acres and acres of hiking from easy to moderate. I had a bogo coupon that they almost didn't let me use. But they ended up allowing it, didn't explain the time limit or that wristbands, didn't point anything out. I obviously figured it out but it would have been nice to receive some information as first time guests. Also a little annoying that you have to use their grip socks. I specifically have grip socks for my daughter for different bounce places so I brought them but was told I had to buy them from them for $5. It's $5.49, actually, that I saw on the receipt. All grip socks are the same.
