Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging absolutely blew my mind. My appointment was today at 8:00am -- I arrived at 7:56 and got called back at 8:02. I honestly thought I misheard them. Never in my life have I waited LESS than 30 minutes at ANY clinic... let alone 6 minutes. Then I thought, "Okay, now I'll probably sit inside forever." Nope. I was brought into the exam room literally 3 minutes later. The mammogram (including the enhanced imaging) took maybe 10 minutes total, and I was walking out the door by 8:18am. Entire visit: about 20 minutes. I had blocked off THREE hours because I'm so used to medical appointments taking forever. The staff was efficient, organized, professional, and kind. Everything felt smooth, calm, and respectful of people's time, which is honestly rare these days in healthcare. And the BEST part? They told me results usually take 3-5 business days and that my physician would contact me. I got my results TODAY at 8:36am. I am still honestly in shock. I was surprised seeing some of the negative reviews, but after reading them, most seemed related to insurance frustrations rather than the actual facility or care. Personally, my experience was incredible. I genuinely cannot believe I wasted years driving all the way to Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills when this place exists. So happy I found them. read more

DON'T GO HERE. THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS FOR INSURANCE CODES. This place has given me nothing but trouble in the codes for blue shield for over a year now. I regret having gone here for more than one radiology appointment not realizing how long insurance takes to catch this endless headache. I asked them and my insurance company if Id be covered going to this facility and got a YES, but the people at Liberty Mutual like to be handsy with calling themselves "Beverly Radiology". Which is applicable in multiple states. Thus putting you out of network on a whim. Such a pain in the butt. They won't resubmit to your insurance, they demand your insurance to call them. Which is a loophole nonsense thing because nobody takes true accountability when either service refuses to make the call to help your rightful plight. They just hope to exhaust you into a convenience fee of hundreds of dollars. You're lucky if you can talk it down from closer to a thousand to closer to a few hundred. Which when I was told Id have to pay nothing but $50 like on my card for in network service, is an absolute scam. Customer service: sometimes you get someone outstanding. Sometimes you get these really mean girls with thick accents who just repeat everything without actually listening. Therefore, I am fried. Absolutely fried. Congratulations LIBERTY RADIOLOGY AKA BEVERLY. You get paid for your mistakes because I am burnt out. Will NEVER return. Also, the facility smells like crotch. That's not a petty remark. Just an additional unfortunate truth. Otherwise, radiology techs working the machines and back area were really nice. read more

I needed a routine mammogram and this is the place that I was sent to. It is a drive away from me though. Parking was limited and It was full when I came, so I drove to the next building and they have a lot of parking spaces. Good thing I came early. I had plenty of time for my appointment. Upon entering the building I can tell that they were busy. The waiting area is full and people are coming in to check in as well. The lady who checked me in Is nice and I waited a while to be called. I went to the area for the mammogram and wooh - there were like 10 ladies waiting. Carina is the Radtech who helped me. She is nice, gentle and polite. She made sure that I was calm and asked if I have any questions. The procedure was fast and Carina mentioned that I will get the results within 5 days. read more

Another great experience at the West Hills location! I intentionally drive further just to come here for any radiology tests I need. Everyone is consistently friendly and they smile! I wanted to thank Jasmine and Chanelle who took care of me today. They have the sweetest personalities and are very caring. The facility is always clean and bright. Wow, what a waste of time! My husband called today to make an appointment for an ultrasound and he was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to make the appointment with someone who seemed like they had no clue what they were doing but she told him his doctor ordered it for right away so he needed to go today. So after a lot of long pauses she finally confirmed that he had an appointment at 2:45. So he drove to the location only to find out that the person who does this type of ultrasound wasn't even there and he can't get an appointment for over a week. He wasted almost an hour today between the phone call and going there. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place if you value your time! read more

My family and extended family did many MRI's at this location over the years. Suddenly, last year, they started billing under "Beverly Radiology" and Blue Shield PPO said they were out of network. I called both Liberty Pacific and Blue Shield many times, spending countless hours on hold and talking to representatives on both sides. Neither would help fix the situation and Radnet ended up sending it to collections, even though we had paid the proper $325 copay for the MRI. They wanted $850 more - unbelievable!! Of the two x-rays and two MRIs we did over a period of 6 mos. last year, they fixed one MRI, sent one to collections, and left the x-rays in limbo. I will never go here again. My appointment was at 3pm, I checked in at 2:30pm and wasn't seen until approximately 3:20/3:25pm. My advice if you have an ultrasound that requires a full bladder is to drink water exactly 1h before the appt and no earlier or else you will have to deal with being uncomfortable for much too long. Do not expect to be seen right away as they are generally busy. When I arrived there was a man at the receptionist who wanted to complain abt their service to corporate(?) level and the office ladies were very accommodating to him and doing their best. I think it's important to remember to be patient for this kind of thing, especially for a busy office. We all just want clarity for our health and the employees are doing what they can. I personally went to the bathroom 3 times when I arrived just to empty my bladder a tad and my bladder was still full enough for the exam thankfully. I don't think 32oz is necessary to drink as I probably emptied myself enough to have maybe 24oz left. The 32oz is probably a precaution for those who tend to be dehydrated and might absorb a portion of the water than all of it going straight to your bladder. I've been to their Santa Clarita location for a pelvic ultrasound before in 2024 and I didn't have to wait as long, however because the 32oz was my first drink of the day my body absorbed it/processed the water particularly slowly and my bladder wasn't full enough for the ultrasound and unfortunately had to reschedule for another date. So tread with caution if you're dehydrated. Despite the wait, I was seen by a kind and lovely woman. She double checked to ask if I was ok with a transvaginal ultrasound, as per my doctor's second authorization (the first was a pelvic ultrasound). She was thorough in the process and I felt cared for. I was done with my appointment and out of the office by 4:10pm-ish. read more

Warning!!these people tell you one price and charge you another!!!I spoke with five different people and as well as exchange text about the price of a CT angiogram of the heart. I was told every time that it would be $525 and then the day before I was to go in for the procedure they sent me a deceiving text asking if I would be in and then at the very bottom of the text saying the procedure would be $1,155. If you see my review in February of this facility, you are in for a big surprise! Today I went in for a MRI. Yes, it was a Sunday! Nancy was at the front desk and she was delightful. They took me back immediately. Jessica was the tech and she was awesome: professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me ear plugs AND headphones (I'd had a bad experience with an old very noisy MRI elsewhere) and explained everything in advance. The machine "talks" to you, letting you know what comes up next. Very helpful. I was done in 12 minutes! I've had a good share of MRIs, and I would say this was the best one ever. Horrible experience. 2nd appointment in 3 weeks and they screwed up the 1st one arguing with me on my procedure that I had in writing from the DR. The second time the cancelled my appointment because the said I didn't need a follow up even thought my DR scheduled It. After several phone calls with their off shore call center I had to call my DR to help me. They seemed to react to that and somehow my cancelled appointment magically got put back. Then I receive a text saying my appointment was moved up 2 hours so I jumped on my car and got there on time but the text they sent was wrong and no one knows how that happened???? What an absolute joke Liberty Pacific Advanced Imaging is. I had a confirmed appointment for 7:15 PM. I showed up early, at 6:35, only to be told my appointment "wasn't in the system." After fumbling around, they suddenly claimed it wasn't until 8:20 PM. Not a single phone call, text, or heads-up that they had moved it--just left me to waste my time sitting there. This isn't just sloppy, it's downright disrespectful. If your scheduling system is this much of a disaster and you can't be bothered to communicate with patients, why should anyone trust you to handle something as important as medical imaging? It's the bare minimum to value people's time, and clearly Liberty Pacific can't even manage that. However, having been there again yesterday for an mri, not only was it professionally conducted but it was with kindest group of technicians. Everyone is extremely incompetent and unknowledgeable about scheduling etc. The people that answer the phones might as well work at a Target because they are lost when it comes to any type of testing, scheduling and preparation for a procedure. I was turned away today because, as I was coldly informed, the x-ray bed has a weight limit of 300 lbs. Terrible experience. No empathy for overweight people at all. I am a big guy. Without being asked my weight or even consulted in any way, I was coldly refused service by someone named Romina. I was simply told, "Our machines can't handle your weight. We can't do it. You have to leave." I was literally told I had to leave. Wow. Aside from the surprisingly cold treatment I received, this actually makes no sense. Why would they not have equipment which could accommodate larger folks? This is a large, busy imaging center located directly across the street from a busy hospital. Seating for 30 in the waiting room, including bariatric seating which would accommodate people much heavier than I am. Annoying and a waste of time, but also disappointing and offensive. Cannot recommend this business. If you look like are over 300lbs, you will be out of luck because they will turn you away. What a nightmare! My paperwork was submitted to this company for an MRI three weeks ago. The first two people I spoke to they lied to me and said that my insurance authorization had been submitted. The third person submitted my authorization and schedule a time. Unfortunately, they scheduled the wrong time and I had to go back around and around with them and go to a different facility to have my needs and get an MRI and a timely manner. Run from this place at all costs they don't know what they're doing and when I asked to speak to a manager they said they have no manager, which tells me a lot. This place is highly unorganized and slow -- don't tell a walk in its going to be about a hour and cut to 2.5 hours later I'm still waiting. Honestly I would have left and made a appointment because at this point I am about to throw up all over their waiting room as I've been waiting so long and have not eaten since last night due to me needing to fast for a medical procedure. They definitely need some kind of rhythm but this is our medical professionals at its finest and billing insurance -- get a better system honestly. In addition -- I received blatant discrimination by these staff members (Stacie P., Krystal R.,Crystal R, Maulers R and a tech I did not get the name for) funny thing is when I start asking people names everyone wanted to scurry to the back and not come back out absolute joke -- as I am a black women seeking medical attention I did not receive after waiting for three hours after I was told initially, it would be about an hour, and every time I would go up to the desk they would either ignore me like I was not standing there and take someone behind me as I waited in line just like the other individuals or blow me off saying two people in front of me since I didn't have an appointment 2.5 hours later and then it grew to four ppl 30 min after that and then they had some sort of story about we take appointments -- when I know for a fact someone was there the same time I was we came from a different clinic without appointments and was informed that this location had about a 15 to 20 minute wait and that woman within an hour at this location. Which brings me to another point other clinic should not comment or speculate on another clinic la wait times that they are not associated with or not in direct communication with because this is frustrating to get in accurate information for a place that someone is traveling to 20 to 30 minutes out of the way. Needless to say I got what I needed to get done at another imaging center made my appointment was in and out within 15 minutes. Make sure you schedule your appointment over the phone because I scheduled mine online and even got notifications to confirm appointment and 30 min before my appointment they called to tell me there weren't any technicians. Then someone from the front desk was very nice and was able to get me in but then was told I needed to have fasted for 8 hours and again the sight did not tell you that. So sad that no one is helpful anymore because a courtesy call would have been nice a day before to tell me appointment was not available and that I needed to fast.
