I tried several places before realizing that I should just call Gaffney Insurance since I was already using these guys for business insurance. I have since referred several friends to them because they alway do a fantastic job, plus if you live in West Sonoma County a lot of insurance companies can be wimps about insuring you, but these guys seems to know how to navigate through all that. They go above and beyond to make sure you're covered but without trying to scare you into insurance you don't actually need. Call these guys, they'll take great care of you!

I paid for it, but glad to now be working someone who is competent and reliable.

We are in Sonoma Valley, high fire area. No one seemed to want to help us. Rob took the time out of a VERY busy day to help us get CA FAIR Plan coverage as well as additional Farmers HO coverage. He was responsive like NO other agents I called, and asked pertinent questions to customize our coverage. Nobody else did this: all cookie cutter quotes. He was fast, patient, efficient, kind and personable. When all done, he said "Welcome to the family." Meanwhile, six or more agents I called yesterday haven't even returned my calls yet. Like I said, WOW! So grateful! Will sleep tonight!

Almost simultaneously, I received a text, from the number I called, asking if they could call me later. I replied "yes, thank you" Sometime later, the phone rang. I answered it 'Hello?' ... a woman's voice said, in a tone I interpreted as impatient, replies "you called me" ... no identifying information, just 'you called me' ... after I figured out who it must be, I asked if this was Paladin (she corrected my pronunciation of the name) and said yes. I felt Kinda awkward. But I went into my questions. Again, she sounded impatient, if not irritated that I did not know who was calling me. Long story short, I don't think we have enough funds to be of interest to Paladin. Which is fine. I don't know who they have answering phones, but that person drives away business.
