Paul and staff are friendly and personable right out of the gate. Although I'm an extrovert Paul tops me in that arena big time which had me take a couple steps back at first wondering if he was for real. I guarantee you, he is the REAL DEAL. Paul knows the insurance business inside and out and takes whatever time is needed for you both to understand how his agency can best serve your needs but he is a people person first. We have both personal and business policies through Paul Demil Insurance Agency. When I inquired about auto insurance, Paul had his staff do the research and he let us know he could not match our rate (we have special discounts via AARP). He looked at our policy and gave me some suggestions where to upgrade to give us the best coverage and this was with another insurance company! Paul and his staff are supremely responsive to my questions and take the time to make sure I understand the answer. They've given me a tremendous insurance education. During the October 2017 fires sadly, several of Paul's customers suffered losses. The upside of the devastation for these homeowners is that they had excellent insurance coverage. They were grateful to Paul for encouraging (nagging?) them to increase their limits to appropriately cover their needs. There were far too many homeowners (not insured by Paul) who lacked appropriate coverage and could not recover losses. Paul is not only an entrepreneur he's a husband, a dad, a musician, and a good neighbor. He and staff volunteer time in the community and continually give back to their hometown. I can't recommend Paul Demil Insurance Agency highly enough. When I actually needed service, the tow was refused because the vehicle was considered commercial/oversized. This is a serious issue because I relied on the information given in person.
