    This office is the worst run office I've have ever come across when it comes to business…read more They don't open until 10:00 am and Chad doesn't come into the office until 11:00 or 12:00 pm Some days not at all. Left a message early Monday morning about wanting to meet with an agent to get a quote on Home Insurance. Renee' called back on Tuesday and left a message. I called back and she said she could make an appointment with him for Thursday at 11:00 am. I decided to make it a phone appointment. Chad did call at 11:00 am and I did tell him I was looking for a quote on Home Insurance. He said he would need to have me bundle it with my auto to get a good quote so I said okay and told him some other details. He said he would send a quote over by email. I checked my emails for the next few hours and nothing came through. I called the office several hours later and spoke with Renee. Told her I never received my quote and double checked to see if they had my correct email and they did. She said Chad was out of the office for a Drs. Appointment but she would check with him in the morning. (Friday). No email or phone call Friday from Renee or Chad. It's Monday morning and still no communication from them. This took up a week of my time just trying to get a quote. I answered all their questions and they did say I qualified for them to cover me. So for them to just blow me off with no explanation at all tells me what kind of people they are. Especially Chad because he specifically said he would email me a quote. I did see Chad had some bad reviews on Yelp but decided to give him a chance anyway and Renee seemed nice at first but now I know why he got bad reviews. Next time I will pay attention to the bad reviews when I'm researching someone. They are there for a reason.

I started calling Jennifer's office a month in advance to get temporary insurance. 5 Days before my insurance was cancelled I finally got a hold of her and they couldn't (wouldn't?) do anything for me. Insurance agents need to be dependable. Jennifer Matto does not fit this description. My car insurance got transferred to her too and I intend to correct that.

    I had cancelled my insurance policy with Allstate a few weeks ago because I was being overcharged,…read moreon four separate occasions I asked why my policy went up by $200 and nothing had changed on my end, this went on for three months, no one at Allstate could give me an answer, I have emails to support this, I got ignored. I also called about this matter and to my surprise I never got a call back. When I called to cancel my policy I was told I had a final bill, ok fine, I got the bill and paid it immediately as I do with all my bills, yesterday I received this bill from collections, seems as if you sent this to collections pre-maturely, or maybe out of spite, as of today it has not even been 90 days since I canceled my policy, this should have never been sent to collections, because it's the weekend I'll call collections tomorrow, hopefully I can clear this up with them and yes you posted my check for the $53.14 over a week ago. If this affects my credit in any way I will be taking legal action, I've already talked to my lawyer and I will also expect to be compensated for overage in charges as well. I switched to State Farm, they agreed I was being overcharged, I uped my policys to all three vehicles and also added renters insurance and I'm paying $225 less than I was with Allstate. I'm not one to write bad reviews on line but I'm upset with the entire situation and I will not be kind about this.

    Every experience with AAA for many years on and off has been beneath 1 star. Horrible arrogant…read moreservice, price gauging and I always pay my 2 bills on a certain date of the month. I paid my auto insurance and renters insurance on december 3, 2025. Sonoma office had a new girl, I had a hunch she would make a mistake. I paid her the full amount due for both and gave her my stubs for both bills. She had been there for 1 week. She sure did make a mistake. They scammed me out of $70.00! I cannot find my reciept which they were supposed to staple it to both stubs on the back. I was sent a notice from AAA that my renters is lapsing after paying them, the office Mayra told me I could pay them again! I was furious, its Christmas time and they not only took my payment Dec 3, they lied to me and would not even research this to hold the new girl accountable. They kept my $70.00 for renters and I met with the snarky manager who said we would have been over book in our drawer that day, hmm they did not even check, he told me bye bye and to leave his office because I was so mad! I drove 40 min. Each way in traffic because of the new girl's mistake! Unreal hell! I told a couple on the way out, do NOT do business with these people they scam people out of their money, the manager ran to the door opened it and said dont listen to this person, come inside! Wow what a cover up! Do NOT do business with any AAA the corporate has done this to me before too and Folsom office is really vile! They lie and will raise your rates if they dont like you. Please stay far away from AAA run! Please trust me! I paid them and they lie through their teeth! Mayra hung up on me too! Unprofessional! Fyi I tried to cancel with them months ago and she would not let me so she lowered my premium as long as she could and I bought a new car and she price gauged me. They are scam artists. Please, keep every reciept, hold them accountable! They hate people, but they love your money so much so that even if you make a payment on time, they will lie in their system and state you did not and they will get their entire office to stand by it and they actually removed my payment from their computer! I pay all of my bills in person and with cash and they knew what they were doing. Do NOT trust these people they are wicked evil snarky and they could not care less! I pray AAA gets theit karma and goes bankrupt for price gauging and scamming innocent people. I am shocked this happened to me, take note stay away from them please. There are better companies out there that truly care.

Kind of all in a days work, right?! Except this duo is very unique. In my 44 year experience of consulting CEO's and professionals on producing unprecedented results there is a quality about some people that shines as bright as the sun ... Dean and Julie have this quality. When I imagine what would be the most descriptive words for their teamwork, what most sings out loud is their love. Sure, they know information we don't know that they are educated to give us. A line of demarcation with them is they really do love people. It shows in all I have experienced with them. And, in the insurance line of work, I basically know nothing and couldn't think my way out of a wet paper bag with regard to which insurance company is the best for me ... all the while, Julie at the helm and Dean as her safety net ... the two of them patiently and kindly help me to secure the best insurance. Being of service to another person is truly an art. Dean and Julie have attained a high level of mastery with their art. Thank you!

    Integrity and accurate information. I came to this broker in 2020 during the COVID special…read moreenrollment period. I wanted out of KAISER for a number of reasons, not the least that I was experiencing intense pain in right hip but they kept telling me it wasn't "bad enough" for surgery. OUCH! When I went to Zellers I moved to a Medicare Advantage plan and got a new doc who ref'd me to Orthopedic who confirmed that I had bone on bone hip pain. THR done within a month. Fast forward to the next plan choice time and the agent at Zellers, led me astray to keep me in the med adv plan and the commissions she would earn. She read a list of diagnoses that would prevent me from having Medicare... I answered to no to all but the last question. And I believed this and stayed in med adv for another year. I since learned that there is no such disqualifying questionnaire. I did the research and now have a Medicare/MediGap beginning 1/1/26 that will serve me well. So, do your research folks. A broker is self-serving and not needed if you are willing to learn the system and make your own choice!
