I recently retired and moved from a company health plan to Medicare. Terry was extremely helpful in walking me through the decisions and pitfalls of Medicare A, B, Medigap and prescription plans. If any of you have tried to read all of the Medicare rules and regulations, you know my initial pain of trying to do this myself. She is a Medicare expert and also helped my wife move from my company health care to an open market plan. So, if you are moving from a company plan to a Medicare or open market plan, I highly recommend Terry. She is very professional and will save you a lot of time and money. read more

I have had the best experience working with Integra. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a comprehensive source for HR benefits administration. Where's the button for 10 stars??? Let me just begin by saying I don't know squat about health insurance - and yet I was charged by my manager to find a new plan, Anthem referred me to Integra and that's when the magic happened. I am amazed by the quality of the service and results that Integra provides. They are extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly. I had to set up a new health insurance package for the law firm I'm working at and the staff at Integra (particularly Flor) blew me away with their knowledge of Anthem Blue Cross insurance plans. Our application got approved in record time!! Definitely, absolutely in love with their service. Thanks so much, Flor and Maria! read more

I decided to switch our company's insurance broker to Integra in 2010 and I am so happy I did. They do everything perfect. My requests are taken care of perfectly every time. They care about you and your business. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I cannot say anything negative about this company. They can help not only health insurance, but also disability insurance, 401k, and payrolls for a small company. If you have a small business, just contact Integra Insurance Services. I have had the pleasure, and I do mean that, of working with Flor Harris and Cherie McCann at Integra Insurance for 3 of my clients. They are experts in their field, provide amazing support to the employees and myself. Most recently, I joined a company who wanted to transisiton off of Trinet (a PEO provider) and take everything in house (hense my full time job offer), I can not tell you how amazing Flor and Cherie were during the tricky transition period. They were diligent in finding the best options for our company and employees, kept me on track on what needed to be completed and coordinated/hosted an Open Enrollment meeting on site for our team. Integra understands the industry through and through and more importantly is available immediately to answer any questions that pop up. Kudos to Flor, Cherie and the rest of the team at Integra! read more

Michelle C. at Integra is AMAZING! I mean seriously, amazing. She is like an extension of our team. Being a small business owner, I need help to take on any projects outside our normal business operations. Getting health insurance coverage was, I thought, going to be a daunting task. Well, not when you have Michelle and Integra in your corner! They made the setup process smooth, and have always remained in contact with me to help save costs each and every year. 5 stars! read more

Integra is amazing and I highly recommend them! I'm an HR Consultant and I've used them at several companies and simply put, they make me look good because their service and offerings are absolutely top-notch. They can handle any question and are life-savers in emergency situations and when information and creative soluntions are needed fast. Besides being great on the corporate side, they are also excellent for setting up personal and family health insurance - I've used them in both capacities and had excellent results and service. I love the ladies at Integra!! :) read more

I have been with Integra since I was first driving at 16 now I'm 39. Megan Collins is the best insurance representative we have ever had. I have referred many people to Integra and they are very happy with the individual treatment and kindness and professionalism that they receive from the staff at Integra. I can brag a little more regarding Megan C. because we have known her for so many years. She is knowledgeable and willing to help with insurance needs and clear on her explanations of what coverage does what. Thanks Megan for your hard work for so many years and putting up with our family and friends. Respectfully, Shauna G. and Steven H. read more

Integra is our company benefits broker, and I'm really happy with the service. Terry and her co-workers are very helpful, and get problems solved and questions answered quickly. whenever we hire new employees, Terry will come out and explain all of the details of our health insurance plan, which can be pretty confusing. read more

I have worked with Integra insurance for close to 3 years. Many times when I inherit an insurance broker I opt to change. The people at Integra are professional, helpful, always available and NICE. Why change when you have a great thing going? I sure won't. Cherie is amazing. She is on the ball ALL the time. I enjoy working with both Cherie and Mindy. As (now) CFO of my company, I would recommend Integra Insurance Services to anyone looking for a great broker with great service. read more

It would be hard to find something to critique about Integra's service or offerings. This is a consistently high performing organization, with a really knowledgeable, professional, and responsive bunch of people. They have saved me and my growing company countless hours and dollars on various issues over the past year. A quick points to reinforce the caliber and professionalism of this team: calls and emails are met with immediate responses. If you get anyone's voicemail there, you'll get their daily message that lets you know exactly when they will be available that day. Same with email coverage. Highest recommendation, period. read more

I needed private health insurance after taking an extended leave from my job. Terry responded immediately and had emailed me quotes based on my needs within the hour. After reading the attachments, I filled out the (short!) paperwork and faxed them to her. She again responded right away to let me know they were submitted, then emailed me again to let me know they had been approved. She took care of everything in an easy and seamless process. read more

I cannot say enough about the wonderful service Integra has provided in helping set up health insurance for my small business. The laws are changing...and then again they aren't. I started working with Terry as my health care agent when the Obamacare requirements were being implemented in 2013. She's been a great help in explaining the plans, navigating the issues, and making recommendations. She and her staff are proactive in keeping me informed of pending changes. She is super friendly, quickly responds to emails, and is readily available by phone. I definitely recommend her as a health care agent! read more

I had the misfortune of dealing with a large insurer (don't wanna name names but it begins with C, ends in an A, and may or may not contain the letters IGN in the middle) who made claims a living nightmare for 6-7 months. Michelle responded to my email in a matter of hours and my problems were addressed and headed towards resolution in a matter of days. Their service is literally a game changer and hard to quantify. Whatever their formula is should be trademarked and taught in business schools across the country. read more

Transitioning into retirement, my wife and needed individual health insurance coverage. Fortunately, we found Terry; who provided us with timely, accurate, and highly professional service throughout the process. Terry at Integra Insurance Solutions was recommended to me by a fellow consultant as his go-to person for insurance for small businesses and individuals. Boy was he spot-on. We have been nothing short of eternally indebted to Terry for guiding us through the maze that is individual insurance these days. Not only does she know the products offered by the insurance vendors but she knows how they are going to react to our specific situation and history. She is always one step ahead of the game, requesting information from us that she knows she will need before we even hear from the insurance companies. Without Terry and Integra we'd be at the mercy of the current confusion that is our sorry state of health care insurance and would undoubtedly be without this essential product. If you're looking for the right people to guide you through the maze, look no further. read more

I have been working with Terry for a couple of years now for health insurance. Her responsiveness is amazing. She is incredibly customer friendly. In all my interactions with people ever, she must be in the top 5. We had various medium to minor problems with the insurance agencies because the obamacare system was new for everyone. Terry just took care of everything. I cannot say enough good things about her. read more

I've purchased and maintained my various insurance policies through Megan and Integra insurance for going on 10 years now. While I don't have regular contact with them, when I have needed them I receive as close to instant service as e-mail will allow. Megan is not only a great insurance professional, she is warm, understanding, and makes it clear that she truly cares about you as a client and a person. I have recommended them to friends, my family goes through them, for the sole reason that they do an incredibly good job. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristin as well when Megan had to be out of the office, she delivered the same excellent service I have always received from Integra. In my opinion, you'd have to be nuts to attempt to navigate the confusing mess that insurance can be on your own- and I work with it, albeit in a slightly different capacity, on a daily basis. Fantastic human beings and fantastic service will keep me with them for years to come. Work with them. You will be happy you did. read more
