Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical all in one place. I'd confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable service provider.

I called them on July 10th, when my ac unit motor started making a racket. Hot summer day, but I turned off the ac so I wouldn't do more damage. They came out quickly, listened to the noise, but that was all they did to diagnose it. They didn't remove the part or do any sort of inspection. It is an older unit, and they told me they were sure the blower motor had broken fan blades, and that if it wasn't replaced it would throw more blades and do even more damage. They went on to say that due to the age of the unit, it was unlikely they could find a replacement motor, and that I should just replace the entire hvac system. Well, we had been thinking of moving away from fuel oil, so he didn't have to push us too hard. He suggested a brand new York system with a heat pump, which would run us close to $7000. An expense we weren't prepared for, but thought we needed. He said that if we were his customers he could squeeze us in, adding to the push to get the new unit, and it would be 3-5 weeks. His secretary called to confirm our order, even sent us a photo copy of the specs of the unit we were getting. So far so good. But now we were without ac in the middle of July, so we purchased a large window unit to keep the living room cool, a $400 expense we figured would be good to have in case of future events. When 5 weeks came and went, I called them, just to see where we stood. We were doing ok with the window unit for the time being. But it was August and really warm. He said that most of the parts had come in, and he expected the last one next week, and we could get going. And then I never heard from them again. Just out of curiosity, and because we hadn't yet thought Natural Air would drop the ball, I called the Farmer's CoOp to ask about the blower motor. They found a perfectly good replacement in just a few hours, and scheduled me to install it the next day. The total for the blower motor and installation was $465, about what I paid for the window unit. And the old, noisy blower? Did it have broken blades? No, not at all. The bearings were just getting old, and it benefitted from the replacement. The ac worked fine after that and has served us well all summer, and now winter. It's been over 7 months since we ordered our brand new $7000 hvac unit that we didn't even need, and still no word from Natural Bridge. Not only didn't he do an inspection of the problem before diagnosing it incorrectly, but he left a customer hanging for months. He pressured us into spending thousands of dollars for no reason, then didn't even deliver on that sale. And I have no idea why, or how, we "fell through the cracks". I'm glad we did, because we saved thousands.

Another chimney sweep checked out the chimney and told us not to use it, it had a lot of weather damage. They gave us an estimate that was a lot more than we wanted to spend. They installed stainless steel inserts and installed a fireplace insert. They were professional, always on time and did a great job. They had to remove one of the old linings and when they were finished, they left everything cleaned up and left no mess. We'll have them come back for sure. We'd highly recommend them.

She was told it would take about 4 hours and would cost between $600-800. The work was completed in less than 2 hrs but he still charged $750 and did not even provide a receipt/invoice for the work. Also needing her chimney swept and seeing info on the truck that they also did that, she asked to have that done. They did not sweep the chimney, but did tell her the chimney was unsafe to operate and that it needed repairs and wrote a repair estimate of $6,200. That is when she asked for my help. I called and texted Regan to discuss/understand the quote. At this point I did not even know about the dryer vent debacle. I had to leave a message and they did not return my call or respond to my text, so I contacted another company (the ones that had just swept my chimney) to conduct an inspection. Days later, while at her house waiting for the other company to arrive to inspect her chimney (on 23 Sep), I called Regan again, but again had to leave a message. I got a call back very shortly. I was told they would look into the estimate and get back to me. They never did. The bottom line was that they had not even swept the chimney to be able to see that/if the chimney was cracked/unserviceable. The other company swept the chimney and conducted a thorough examination and determined that the chimney did NOT need ANY repairs/work whatever and was perfectly safe (and now clean) to operate. I again contacted Regan, on 4 Oct, 11 days later, saying I was making one last attempt (as I had repeatedly been unsuccessful) to discuss the quote (and now the dryer ripoff), and would 'take this up as necessary with any other official or feedback/review entities'. The response was '...I told you I was extremely busy.....I don't appreciate the tone....you are not my customer.... I STRONGLY advise you NOT do business with this company. Beware... It is not nice to take advantage of an 84 yo widow!!! shame shame...not to mention to fail to respond to an inquiry about an estimate already provided (and work performed)...

One of the many things we discussed were their values. Which includes honesty, integrity, and quality. Throughout our build, not only did everyone on their team uphold these values, but they surpassed all expectations. Our project manager was John. We could not have been more pleased with him. His attention to detail is incredible. The man is a perfectionist and can see a flaw from a mile away. There were several times throughout the build that he would see something that we probably never would have noticed, but he would point it out and say it wasn't right and that they would take care of it. He was able to build our forever home with superior craftsmanship and nothing we asked them to do was impossible. Communication with their team was always simple, quick, and unmatched. Whether it was a quick text, call, or email. Everyone from the field crew to John, to Madison in the office, they were on it. Apart from the quality and thoroughness, John, Daniel, and frankly everyone on their teams are just the sort of people that you want to hang out with. They are personable, entertaining, and just downright fun. So not only did we get an amazing house out of this process, but we got new friends as well. From beginning to end, with Wright Choice Construction, you are going to get a whole different experience than you will with other contractors. When they say they are a Christian business, they mean it. They live by the standards that they set out. We never saw anyone on their team drinking, smoking, or cursing like sailor. In fact, over lunch one day, my wife saw the workers get together and pray over their lunches. So cool. We have heard horror stories and how building a house can be so stressful, but that is the total opposite of our experience. Although building a home takes time and effort, with WCC, it truly was a joy and honestly quite fun. So If you want true, and honest contractors that do an incredible job, there is no one that you will want to work with other than Wright Choice Construction.
