As a result, I'm averaging my review to 3 stars. On a weekend expect to wait at least 10 minutes before you get to a pump. The pumps themselves are so awkwardly placed that once you finish gassing up you'll find yourself stuck, waiting for the person in front of you to finish. It doesn't help that the pumps themselves are extremely slow. I guess this pain is the cost you must pay to save a little money. I must be a glutton for torture because I come here every week.

Unloaded all the stuff for them to work on. They started the work very slowly. 10 minutes in, the technician said he has to go jumpstart another car and will be back in 10-15 minutes. He came back an hour later. What should've been done in 20-30 minutes took over 2 hours... And I even helped them on a lot of the parts of the process to speed them up. I loaded all the stuff into my truck and the person said "that'll be $200". I thought he was joking. And he said "no, this is a 2 hour job and we charge $100 per hour". I exemplified all of the self control I could and reminded him that he quoted me $50. I ended up overpaying just to get out of there. And I ended up wasting so much of my time here. Why am I not giving them 1 star? I asked for the technician not to scratch up my new wheels and he didn't... So I'm adding 2 stars to my experience just for that. Today NONE of the card slots worked on any of the pumps. Usually it's just the debit cards that do not work. So I go in and ask to fill my tank, wanting to leave my card as collateral. Nope, I have to know how much I want to put in. I give him the amount, and when I return to the pump, the amount I am being charged is 10 cents more than the only price advertised outside on the street sign. It seems to me that if you are going to inconvenience the public, then they should get some sort of deal out of it. The vacuuming was mediocre and the windows still had water dripping off of them. Bottom line- it is quicker than doing it myself and it contributes to a business that is a big part of the community, which I like and appreciate.
