My electrical needs were not urgent, so after an extensive review with the service manager I was able to schedule two days of service when their schedule allowed that matched my schedule. The manager communicated my needs to the two electricians that were assigned to complete work at two different property locations.
The work was completed based upon my priority check list and all primary concerns were addressed in a professional and efficient way. The electricians went out of their way to make sure they understood my concerns and priorities. When appropriate, they suggested changes that were equally effective, less costly, more efficiently completed, and safe. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
I will not hesitate to call Liberty for future electrical needs.
