After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up. Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days. We wanted sand delivered in an indoor and they errored on the side of caution (fine, prefer that…read morethan property damage) and dumped it to the side of the indoor in rocks. They never came to the door to verify where to dump it since they did not feel comfortable dumping it in the indoor. They also did not know if they were at the correct address. They wanted to charge us extra for them to go back into town for the driver to make a call to the office to verify the correct address. They said they called numerous times but they did not (why not leave a VM?). The owner will lie and come up for excuses as to why they did a poor job instead of trying to work with the customer. I told the owner to come get their product and they wanted to charge me money to load it though they caused an inconvenience. All could have been avoided if the driver just walked up to the house.
