In the spring of 2025 my wife noticed that there were birds hanging around the end of one gutter which seemed odd. I set up a ladder to have a look and discovered that that end of the gutter was lower than the other end where the water drains out. After further inspection I discovered that it was improperly installed. I called ABC 1 week before memorial weekend and spoke with a lady about my situation. She told me that they would come out the next day and check it out. I stayed home all day waiting for someone to show up, no body came. I waited another 2 months for them to set up another time because I figured that everyone was out for the holiday. I called again about 2 weeks ago and this time the lady told me that the ice and snow had caused it and that it wouldn't be under warranty without any inspection. I assured her that wasn't the case and that it was improperly installed. She was very rude and condescending but agreed to send someone out to have a look at it. I told her that I wanted them to install a few more gutters that I skipped before because of money restraints. I still haven't heard from them nor do I expect to. Last year my brother had them over to his place to install some gutters and is totally disgusted with the job they did for him. I told him to call them and complain but he is somewhat passive and not sure if he did. I also asked him to leave a review here but again I'm not sure if he is going to. Upon being notified, I was informed it would take them 3-4 weeks to produce correct replacements and need to come get them (again). If you've ever built your own home, delays like that, especially when winter is quickly approaching, and none of the other vendors can do their parts until the structure is 'dried in', can have some detrimental impact on everything. After calling other providers in the GF area, only to learn a 3-4 week turnaround time and higher cost than I orignally paid, I connected with Jake at Truss Works. He was kind, understanding and based on this review accomodating to my circumstances.
