We were able to take home some samples to compare patterns and colors since only the floor is changing. Once we made our choice he personally came to take the measurements for the floor and trim. We were on a tight budget so he and his supplier worked with us to get what we needed done within our budget. We only did a small area to start so it took less than an afternoon to put down. It took a few tries to get the trim in since we had some scheduling conflicts but the end result is a great new floor. His installers are very personable, efficient, and can complete job of all sizes. We bought all the materials up front to do two more rooms once we decide to do them.

We moved kitchen and dining room out and back twice, only to discover the second try wasn't any better. They keep just blaming the installer or the products. Duh!
