We were able to take home some samples to compare patterns and colors since only the floor is changing. Once we made our choice he personally came to take the measurements for the floor and trim. We were on a tight budget so he and his supplier worked with us to get what we needed done within our budget. We only did a small area to start so it took less than an afternoon to put down. It took a few tries to get the trim in since we had some scheduling conflicts but the end result is a great new floor. His installers are very personable, efficient, and can complete job of all sizes. We bought all the materials up front to do two more rooms once we decide to do them.

We moved kitchen and dining room out and back twice, only to discover the second try wasn't any better. They keep just blaming the installer or the products. Duh! Mickey was great. We were moving out of our rental house on Saturday and needed the place cleaned…read moreon Monday. We contacted Mickey on Friday around 4:45pm and explained our situation. He came over at 6:30pm on Friday, gave us a very reasonable quote to have the carpets and entire house, including appliances, windows and cabinets cleaned. We were on a tight time frame and he agreed to meet us at 6am Monday to clean our place. He was very prompted, did an excellent job and was done in 5 hours. I called them regularly to find out why they didn't complete the list and was told I'm sorry we will do better next time. This became a weekly phone call that I made to them. Fast forward to today, I got an email stating that due to being shorthanded they couldn't fulfill their end of the deal, they are breaking their contract and not fulfilling their end of the deal. what i have noticed it the owner likes to leave and go to other countries and leaves someone in charge that doesn't even know what the job entails. Very poor service. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMEND
