My electrical needs were not urgent, so after an extensive review with the service manager I was…read moreable to schedule two days of service when their schedule allowed that matched my schedule. The manager communicated my needs to the two electricians that were assigned to complete work at two different property locations. The work was completed based upon my priority check list and all primary concerns were addressed in a professional and efficient way. The electricians went out of their way to make sure they understood my concerns and priorities. When appropriate, they suggested changes that were equally effective, less costly, more efficiently completed, and safe. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I will not hesitate to call Liberty for future electrical needs. Roger K.

The existing filter…read moresaid it was 14x20x1 so I purchased a couple of new furnace filters and attempted to replace the old on. I soon found out the standard size of 14x20x1 doesn't fit and is why I say attempted. The standard size is too big! It takes some odd size that I can't find anywhere locally, 13 1/2x19 1/2x7/8. I called them and the guy I spoke with said he didn't know anything about it. He said he needed to come by to look at it, so he would stop by the next day to take a look. He never came over and it's been at least a week and he never even bothered to call me back. I did a search on Amazon and it's the only place you can find them, and they're $53.88 for ten of them! I'm on a budget like everyone else and being forced to pay this much money upfront for a year's worth of filters isn't something I should have to do. Best advice: before purchasing any furnace or purchasing a home, do yourself a huge favor and make sure you can just buy a standard furnace filter off the shelf!
