I figured I was just becoming allergic to the polish and discontinued going there except for brow and lip waxes. I've had multiple ladies perform my waxes and have never had an issue. I tip extremely well and am happy to do so because of how well I've been treated in the past. I dunno what happened this last - and I do mean last - go 'round. The typical woman who has done my brow and lip wax multiple times over the years suddenly had amnesia on how to wax properly. I'm not sure if she was in a rush to get to another customer or what, but my eyebrows were way too thin and she ripped skin off my lip. I knew the moment it happened because I felt her applying wax to an area that she literally just waxed. As soon as she was done, I knew skin came off. She continued to dab at the area saying, "your skin is so sensitive here". Um, no, lady.. you just waxed the same spot twice. To add insult to injury, she continued to tell me it was just sensitive despite my bleeding lip, and charged me full price. Twenty-four bucks for a nice scar. Thanks a lot.

She has been doing her nails for almost 15 years and hard to fine out for satisfying and right person. She was very happy and want to come back definitely when we come down here. My service was also excellent. I had thick callus so I normally do spa pedicure. I also got satisfied service here. They used single spa pedicure products. It looked very professional and experienced. I usually don't leave any review on the yelp even restaurant etc. By the way, this place is so so amazing. The other woman said "she said you insisted on builder gel" I told them I never said a word about builder gel. The owner said "fine we will charge you $50". I was so disappointed. the girl never turned on the water...so she just cut my nails and painted them. I asked why no water and she said she would after cutting.
