My car was not taken inside the garage until 4 pm and Kyle returned my keys stating the job cannot be completed by 4:30. His attitude was rude and unfriendly from the very beginning which is not expected in a service industry. In the past I had nice and pleasant customer service experience at the same location.

Wellll,, They knew, to the day. By the beginning of April, my brakes were beginning to squeak and I got there in time and did not need rotors. Again, They are so kind and know their job and work so quickly I am hardly there long. And they are also very reasonably priced for their work. I asked Ray about tires and he told me how to buy them and who to call and was very patient, and gave me time and and gave me names and phone numbers for his tire people. I got a great deal and had them sent to stonehouse and the tires were installed on Wednesday, just in time. Ray knew they were down on treads and I'd need them by April. In my experience, most of the time the…read moretechnician asked which oil I wanted, so I'd recommend knowing what type your vehicle requires before your visit. For repairs I would go elsewhere. I had my rear brakes serviced here, then had to return within four months for the same issue. Despite bringing my car back a second time, no one could explain why the brakes had failed so quickly. It wasn't until I took my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion that I learned both rear calipers were completely inoperable and had likely contributed to the premature brake failure. Had the underlying issue been identified during the initial inspection, I could have avoided a second brake repair costing almost $700. Based on my experience, I don't have confidence in the quality of the repair or the diagnostic process for anything beyond routine maintenance.

As soon as you drive up to this place, a customer representative would come up and ask you for the kind of service you require from them. Once you tell them what you need, they then ask you to take a seat insdie their office and take your car for the service. I specifically went for an oil change at this location. Inside, they have a vending machine for some basic drinks and you could see the work being done to your car through the glass. The place is clean and well maintained, has a few seats for customers to sit and the entire process took only a few minutes so you won't be spending a lot of time indoors waiting for your car. They topped up all the fluids, did the oil change and inflated the tire to the correct level. They also cleaned the windows which was a good touch from their part. The synthetic oil change along with the labour charges cost me around $99 which was a little expensive but the prices are comparable to other similar service centers.
