They were the most reasonable in the area and could take me immediately. Then I went to them beginning of December, 2025. for a dead battery - and an interstate was installed expertly and expeditiously. They told me I needed brakes and tires soon - and said by April. Wellll,, They knew, to the day. By the beginning of April, my brakes were beginning to squeak and I got there in time and did not need rotors. Again, They are so kind and know their job and work so quickly I am hardly there long. And they are also very reasonably priced for their work. I asked Ray about tires and he told me how to buy them and who to call and was very patient, and gave me time and and gave me names and phone numbers for his tire people. I got a great deal and had them sent to stonehouse and the tires were installed on Wednesday, just in time. Ray knew they were down on treads and I'd need them by April. This place does excellent work and they have wonderful customer service. I will always use them for when my car needs attention.

I had my rear brakes serviced here, then had to return within four months for the same issue. Despite bringing my car back a second time, no one could explain why the brakes had failed so quickly. It wasn't until I took my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion that I learned both rear calipers were completely inoperable and had likely contributed to the premature brake failure. Had the underlying issue been identified during the initial inspection, I could have avoided a second brake repair costing almost $700. Based on my experience, I don't have confidence in the quality of the repair or the diagnostic process for anything beyond routine maintenance.
