I dropped off my clothes to be dry cleaned then read the reviews. They are on the pricier side of the industry. A 15% loyalty discount card was given at my first drop off. An older man was upfront about the cost of each shirt and pant. Two I decided to launder myself since snap button shirts are hand washed & pressed at an increased cost at NO discount and I was informed of another's chance of becoming more glossy or shiny due to its material. I decided to let them dry clean it and it's no more glossy than before. The pickup day was offered in three days but I asked for two which he gladly agreed to after 4p. They do offer same day and night drop off. The location is convenient and inside it's clean and doesn't smell of chemicals. read more

OMG! My husband just picked up my three items of two dresses and a sweater from this dry cleaners with a total bill coming out to $87.00. This includes the "special" 15% discount card! All three items purchased new did not come out to the cost of having them cleaned! What a rip off! I will NEVER go back to this place! I think they charge a lot to balance the rent they have to pay being they are connected to Lougheed Mall. I'm still in shock! read more

4 stars, and I haven't even delivered my clothing yet! I went there a few days ago because I wanted to know if there was a place in the area that I could get my laundry done...it's been 3 weeks, and I was contemplating buying underwear over doing my laundry! It's been a busy few weeks....anyway, the guy (Sri Lankan perhaps), was fantastic. Very honest when I asked if they were cheap. He said "No, but you can see that my racks are full". Which I take to mean that they are probably quite good at what they do. Anyway, I was very happy with his honesty, it looked like a clean shop, and he gave me a card for 15% off! Can't beat that! I'll update this once I actually DO get my dry cleaning done! I have some nice silky things and a couple of leather jackets that are in serious need of a clean. If they screw it up (or alternatively, make them look shiny and new), I'll make sure to yelp about it! read more

We had a wedding dress, suit and another dress that needed cleaning. The wedding dress was pretty dirty, particularly the train. The gentleman explained all the options as well as all the potential "gotchas" when it comes to cleaning important items. We were impressed with his honesty. His prices were average but when you're having important items dealt with, price isn't the biggest factor. Anyways, he did a fantastic job on the wedding dress. He dealt with it personally and got out virtually all of the stains. He had previously explained that some of it might not come out so easily. He also explained the best ways to store the dress and how to keep it from yellowing or from encountering other potential pitfalls. Again, very impressed. The other items weren't as problematic and they were done to our satisfaction. We don't dryclean much but this is definitely our go-to place. read more

Used to be a great place until the older woman took over. Very rude and never comes in on time. Hours listed 9:00 but she casually strolls in around 9:30. Not to mention when it comes to picking up your clothes she charges you whatever she feels like and says she gave you a discount lol. Horrible place. New owner needs to realize she's working in North America now and not a 3rd world country. read more

All I can say is wow- they destroyed a shirt and then called me to shout at me for it. The guy told me to take him to court for it. Unbelievable read more

We dropped off our goose down before heading off for a weeks vacation. When we picked it up and took it home hoping to sleep with, we realized it was not our duvet. I went back the next day and told the lady it wasn't ours and her first response was denying that they could have screwed up and it must be mine. Moments later after checking the other receipts she found the one with our name on it. Simple mistake as the names were very similar and easily fixed. However, I feel our duvet was not properly cleaned, for the money spent I think the quality of service was very poor. We will not be using Liberty Cleaners in the future and will recommend against them to friends and family. read more

We had a suit and dress that needed to be done for a wedding. He went out of his way to do it even after we missed the cut off. So very nice. We will be back! read more

I used to live in the area and took all my dry cleaning to this cleaner for coats, work pants etc. I took a silk shirt I purchased for dry cleaning after 1 wear as there was a small stain on it. When I went to pick up my shirt, I took a look at it and there was a flaw on the shirt that was not there before. The cleaning process or products used damaged the silk and it was not brought to my attention upon pick up. Only when I pointed it out and asked the sales clerk did they acknowledge it. I understand that this person may not have been the one to clean it so she offered to contact the owner who knew right away which shirt was being discussed. They offered me a small amount for the damage caused to the shirt, but it was not even close to the amount paid, in their eyes they said that i could still wear it, I'm not sure that's the point, but to each their own. Overall, it was disappointing that the owner was aware of the damage and would have been completely fine with me leaving without ever mentioning what had happened. Haven't gone back here since this incident. read more

I brought in a kid's pea coat to get dry cleaned and was told it would cost $39.95! Are you kidding me? I've had it cleaned for $15 in the past. Thanks but I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Very POOR service. Gave them a $400 BCBG jacket to dry-clean. Boy how I regret it. When I came to pick it up , I was told the leather on my belt dissolved in the dry-cleaning process. The lady at the counter had the audacity to say it was like this before I brought it in. note to self: take pictures in future before giving your fav clothes to these dry cleaners. The nail in the coffin was their attitude towards all of this. The man who did the dry-cleaning job said he is not GOD when I confronted him saying he should have taken the belt off. He can't possibly know these things. I am sorry.. I thought they have been in business for the past 30 years. That's a reasonable expectation to have. I said I'm not paying for this shitty job and the lady at counter hid my clothes saying go ahead "sue me, you will lose". She also went on to say that she would have docked a % of the bill had I kept my cool. Well, sorry my clothes are ruined and I have to pay $60 to you and walk away with melted leather. Pardon me for losing it. Word to the wise; avoid these people at all COST. read more
