I havmd more problems in the 2 months after the switch over than I did in 32 years with SI! EXAMPLES: They put a HOLD on everything! They put a hold on my PAYCHECK after there were 2 NOTES on my account to not do so! They put holds on CASH DEPOSITS thru the ATM!!! Last week I wanted to do a cash deposit thru an ATM on WEDNESDAY and they told me the funds would be held until MONDAY!!!! MULTIPLE ATMS down (not working) MULTIPLE TIMES! One night I had to drive 12 MILES out of my way to find any ATM that worked! FINALLY...worst customer service EVER!! Every problem that was bought to their attention...their response was "Nothing I can do about that!" Also, made several calls to customer service and every time was PROMISED a follow up call...NEVER received one! I would like to acknowledge two wesome employees in the Hebron branch who always took care of me with a smile...Erica and Tracy Rose...these 2 women always tried their best to take care of whatever problems I had! Kudos and hats off to them!! In closing, I have since closed my account and use my account at another bank... I have not had one problem...and have had NO HOLDS placed on any funds in my account AND the banks policies were clearly explained to me regarding holds... I am filing a formal complaint with the state banking department about my experiences with Berkshire Bank in the hopes that no one else will have the same negative experiences I did!
