Requested they give a call ahead notice on install day, and sure nuff, when a 1/2 hour out, the call came. The crew of two was very friendly, professional and hard working removing my old solar panels and piping and the new install on a new roof elevation. Hey - Yelp tip; Feel lucky if you get Zachary and his "twin bro" Jake. (so they say --LOL) . This pair is awesome. Very respectful of my property and truly flawless workmanship. All demo materials were removed without any OOPSies or oh, ohs! All old anchor installation holes along with the new locations were caulked without a need for a single complaint. They made it very clear they wanted my CRITICAL opinion, of which I simply could not accommodate. I wanted to, but they gave me nothing to go on! The new 4 panel system has been running 3 hours and is already making a HUGE difference in the pool temp. Now have a thermostat to keep the temp. where we need it too finally! Price was fair and actually worth it as they came at 9am and left at 1:30 or so. COMPLETED! CHEERS!

Could not be happier!…read more I had J Air at my house to help me figure out why my AC wasn't removing enough humidity, and why me electric bill was so high. Juan was respectful, punctual, and knowledgeable. Not only did he take his time, and process through every step. He troubleshooted the problem and even discovered other issues that had contributed to my situation. Not only did he resolve all of them, but he explained the what and why, which helped me feel completely at ease. Lastly, when I mention respectful, he neatly coiled up my water hose after use. He cared about my time, my home and how I felt, all while doing his job. I have found my complete, go to, AC company. If its this house or the next, I trust J Air to take care of me.

Turns out a frog crawled into my system and shorted out the contacts for my compressor... I called Gary back, explained what I found and he said his on call tech (James) would call me and set up a time to come by (on Sunday). As promised, James called and was at our house within the hour. James was very professional and courteous, he replaced our contact relay and verified the system was good to go! We couldn't be happier with a company that takes care of people so quickly- especially on a very hot, long holiday weekend!
