We always make a little pit stop at this park whenever we're in Ojai. It's right in the heart of town and pretty big. The classic Ojai archways greets you when you walk through and then the fountains is like the staple of it. The playground is pretty well maintained and looks pretty new. Not only a playground, there's also tennis courts as well as an amphitheater towards the back. There's also somewhat has of a small little trail that could be somewhat of a hiking trail. The grassy area is well maintained and well manicured. It's always pretty busy with people lounging and enjoying some rest and relaxation as well as kids all over the playground having the time of their lives.

The Libbey Park has sections for relaxation and activities, like playground, tennis courts etc. I think it serves like the green heart in the center of the city, and you'll find beautiful and clean landscapes here.

A gem in the heart of town! A giant playground, shade trees and a fountain! Swings, lots of seating, slides, sand box, you name it, they have it!! Good for 2-12 yrs

My wife and I had a beautiful early morning walk through the park. It's not a huge place but it's nice to wander around through the trees.

Best kiddos park i think ive ever been to! Fun for hours and the entire family! Great restaurants and shopping nearby !

One of the best parks in Ventura County. A favorite playground in our family. Lots of low elements for toddlers and plenty of opportunities for littles to learn and explore. Beautiful sculptures throughout. Love the faux grass hill (don't forget to bring a piece of cardboard to slide down). Nice fountain area to enjoy. Bathrooms can be a little dirty, but nice to have. Close to many shops and local eateries. During the week (usually) plenty of easy street parking. On the weekends, we usually park at the public lot a couple of blocks away.

This park is great for the kiddos! Our kiddo loved the baby/toddler area that had a playground his speed. The swings were super fun and we enjoyed a little of the bigger playground. It's a great break for parents and kiddos after walking around and enjoying other parts of downtown Ojai. We also loved that parking was easy with food options right by the park. A couple of the bigger slides were closed but overall it was a good time.

I'm so impressed by this playground, I write a lot of reviews for playgrounds, but I've never seen the variety, ages 2- 12 years old appropriate apparatus and a covered area for parents to sit comfortably but I think what sets it apart is that it's right next to a concert hall so when there's live music, you can hear it from the playground

What a great gem of a park that has almost everything to offer. We had ridden our bikes from Ventura and stopped by the park to walk through the paths. It's a tranquil place to relax and explore the history at the same time.

I have become stronger and have more confidence and flexibility than ever. Highly recommend. But this week I popped in to peek at the Senior dance class and was truly amazed.. the same coach, Coach Stacy is conducting the class and it was a full house. This class was so energetic and I stayed to watch with my jaw on the ground. Besides the coordination and energy of the group, they were all so thrilled to be there. The whole vibe was effervescent with laughter and high fives. I was exhausted just watching them. Even if I had the energy, I don't know if I could remember the moves. Coach Stacy goes above and beyond with her groups. She's patient, encouraging, and acknowledges your abilities. I saw that she supplies her senior class with printouts of the dances so they could practice at home. In my case, she is my biggest cheerleader. I used to need a spot just to get onto the trampoline or beam. Please try one of these classes, I believe the drop in price for senior dance is $5 and the adult gymnastic cost is $10. She is truly a dedicated spirit and a treasure in the community.

Once we got here, we drove to our numbered campsite and set up camp. The nice thing about this campground is that there is a small playground for the kiddo to play at. They also have a combination of portable toilets as well as flushing toilets (depends how far away your campsite is). They also allow RVs in a certain part of the campground. It's also open to day use for a fee. The campground ranger came by as we were setting up and welcomed us as well as gave us some campground info. What was ordered: - Campsite for one night (includes a parking spot, picnic table, and a bbq / campfire ring. Water tap is available in the campsite) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The campground was nice and there are nice views of the Ojai Valley if you head up towards one of the day use spots. Credit cards are accepted.

I wish I could give this park five stars, but the lack of cleanliness especially in the bathrooms makes it hard to overlook. Sadly, this was by far the most disappointing experience we've had. The campground was extremely busy, but that's all the more reason for proper maintenance. The bathrooms were consistently dirty throughout our four-day stay. The Full trash bag (1) sat in the same can for days, the urinals were filthy, the floors were disgusting, and the showers had yellow, mold and spider webs. Based on the condition, it didn't appear they were being cleaned regularly. We also dealt with wasps the entire time. There were at least two active nests on site restroom, making it uncomfortable and concerning for families with children. We frequently saw staff driving around the campground, but on several occasions they simply sat in their vehicles for a while and then drove away without addressing overflowing trash or the condition of the restrooms. Even the rental boats looked poorly maintained, which made them feel unsafe to use. After a decade of making wonderful memories at Lake Casitas, it was heartbreaking to see the campground in such poor condition. We truly hope management invests more attention in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety because this campground has so much potential. Unfortunately, this visit left us extremely disappointed.
