I've always enjoyed playing with Li-kick. I've played kickball and soccer currently. I like the way it can be competitive but also everyone is very friendly as well. LI-Kick gets 5 stars from me FOR SURE! My husband plays cornhole every Monday at Great South Bay through LI-Kick and loves it. He's made friends there and has a lot of fun getting his competitiveness out. The two people in charge, Carly & Rick, do a great job hosting! The boards are always set up in time, they play the best playlists, are so personable, walk around talking to everyone and bringing everyone together, and have really fun "minute to win it" games every single week. I usually come every week to support the hubby and I bring my two young kids with me and everyone is so nice! They all come over and say hi to my boys and play with them and what not. It's really nice! But for me, the coolest part about being apart of the LI-Kick family is how Carly and Rick treat us and more importantly our boys like family! On the last day of the season, they both (separately) bought our boys little toys and played with them when they had a few minutes to spare. Our kids had the best time and the whole experience felt like one big cornhole family! My husband is already signed up for the next season and we are definitely excited to come back and support the league! read more

Who doesn't like a fun game of kickball? Take yourself back to your school days or those summer nights in the street with the neighbors. We did and we had a blast! Belly laughing our way through our old man old lady aches and pains. Competitive or not their is a team for everyone. No one is too serious but everyone has fun. We played last summer and look forward to the upcoming season at hecksher Park in East islip. I've played on other kickball leagues that were disorganized and didn't have good reliable refs. Not here. Well organized and refs were present at each game. If you disintegrated have enough la the join the teams for after game fun at the local sponsored bar with weekly challenges for your team to earn freebies. Hey, shout out to the Yelp kickball team! Our record wasn't great but all of you are! A good league who goes the extra mile! I think kickball is a pretty dumb thing to make you feel like a macho man but some of you truly are all-stars ... at kicking balls. Sal runs the league virtually on his own and does a swell job. Rock on. A good way to stay active and a bit more in depth than one might think, not just your Sunday funday kickballers. We didn't get to ply on an actual baseball diamond here in Heckshire park and they only got smart enough to have us all kicking out from the middle within the last two weeks but overall it was a good, sort of well thought out league. read more

Recently started playing Pickleball and found LI-Kick league on Monday nights at Bethpage. I would highly recommend to join. The effort put into this league by Laura, and Nikki every week are above and beyond. The people who play are so very nice And the matchup games are amazing! This was really cool. Something I've never done before, and my team was great, we had so much fun every Wednesday! I think they organize this pretty well and I always look forward to it every week. I do think that the ref who thinks it's a great idea to stand behind home plate always makes bad calls, and that's to any team .... because who could see 2nd or 3rd base from there? read more

Definitely a fun time. The only issue with Li-kick is that if you miss a week, you drop to the bottom as missed games count as losses. There is no calculation that looks at your true win/loss ratio. Anyone who works and misses a week is put at the bottom. Would really like them to fix this. The concept is great though and the people running it are great. read more

Adult co-ed social sports. What a fantastic concept? They offer soccer, bowling, cornhole, dodgeball and my personal favorite, KICKBALL. Yeah, you know, that super awesome game you last played during recess in 5th grade. So much fun. Optional, but highly recommended is the post-game gathering at the local bars. They also host social functions such as wine tour, charity kickball tourneys, bar crawls, booths food festival, tailgating at games (not officially sponsored by the league but hosted by fellow members in LI-Kick) and the annual Social Event not to be missed, the Li-Kick annual Gala in Sea Cliff, usually every October. This spring season was my first ever experience with LI Kick and I have to say it was awesome! When I think of kickball, I usually think of elementary school gym class so it had me feeling a bit nostalgic. The guys who run the league are super friendly and are really good at organizing the games. We never had any issues at any of our games and it was always such a fun time. After kickball there's more fun at a local bar, where they do challenges like trivia and other fun activities. LI Kick is a great way to stay social and meet people, while being active at the same time. read more

If you're looking for great Co-ed Adult Kickball recreational fun during the Spring and Fall Seasons, then this is for you. The Summer Super League and the Winter Indoor League tend to be a lot more competitive. The Bar Social and making new friends are optional.
