My initial thought was "I don't need a therapy session to pick paint colors, I just want some shade of blue for the house and white for the trim". ‍ But then we had our paint picking session with Gregory, and it was SO helpful. (And no it's not a "therapy session" - it's just a very thorough conversation about color options where he helps guide you to discovering what is the best color choice for you). By the end of it, we'd decided on a color I had not initially been considered (a lovely blueish teal), which I had worried would be too dark, or too similar to the home's previous color. But it wasn't too dark at all, is definitely not too similar to the color we had before, and it looks absolutely gorgeous! We couldn't be happier with the results. Luis and his team spent about 30 minutes understanding my requirements and provided detailed and honest feedback. They explained that since my existing patio is built with Alumawood, enclosing it with a regular wood frame would not be appropriate. The proper options would be either to remove the existing structure and rebuild it from scratch or use a specialized Alumawood sunroom system. Even though iBuilders Design and Build could not take on my project, I truly appreciate Luis and his team for their transparency, professionalism, and willingness to provide honest guidance upfront.
