My journey started on Zillow, when I saw a gem which peaked my interest. I immediately sent a message and soon received a text message inviting me to an open house viewing. From the first introduction, I was impressed with Adams' management style as well as impressed with the house itself. After a brief conversation, Adam advised me if I was interested in the property to please apply ASAP (no pressure) as the property owner, his staff and OPM would all be going out of town for the holidays and since I was in a time crunch he would do his best to review my qualifications and present my application to the property owner. To my surprise, within two days, I received the message Congrats you are approved! WOW, what a blessing early Christmas and Birthday present. My family and I were OVERJOYED!! Adam is phenomenal at his job. He is dedicated to business, the property owner as well as me, their new tenant. While on vacation, cooking holiday dinner and nursing his precious sick daughter, he kept the lines of communication open. Often, I shared with him that we could resume business when he returned into town yet Adam stepped away from family duties to provide me with updates. As a new tenant I appreciated his commitment and felt welcomed into the family. Every step of the way, all of my questions were met with straightforward answers and the paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain-free and very reassuring. With any move, one might run into a few minor hiccups, and of course, Adam has taken care of any issue in a nice, polite and timely manner. I have been happy here with the overall management of this property, and I do not plan on a change any time soon. Thank you again Adam. I really had a great experience with you. We've been trying to get in contact with them for about a week and a half through calls, texts, and even by visiting their office in person, only to find out that no one is actually there. The contact information listed online didn't seem reliable, and we were given different numbers to try instead, which only added to the confusion. I do want to highlight that Adam was great, he was responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. However, he isn't able to assist with property-specific inquiries, so we were referred to Jesse multiple times. Despite being told on more than one occasion that Jesse would reach out, at one point even the same day, we never heard back and were left waiting days without any follow-up. At this point, I can't imagine the amount of loss occurring due to this kind of lack of communication. Since then, we've moved on and are now working with another property management company and are in the process of signing. Overall, this experience has been disappointing, especially when we were genuinely interested in moving forward. It made the process unnecessarily stressful and left a poor impression of the company as a whole.

Terrible experience…read more I reached out multiple times beforehand (via text, phone, and email) to clarify rental requirements and received no response. After applying, we were told we would not qualify for any of their properties solely because I have only rented from family in the past, despite my co-applicant having over 12 years of solid rental history. They refused to consider our combined income, combined credit, a co-signer, proof of significant savings, or even the option of a larger security deposit. There was no willingness to review our application holistically. This was especially frustrating given that we have applied with other property managers without issue and have never been told that my rental history alone would automatically disqualify us. Based on this experience, it felt like applications were being denied without fair consideration. I also have concerns that our denial may be related to my co-applicant having an ESA animal. I would strongly discourage others from wasting time or application fees with this company.

We did a application for a home at RNB rentals was told we were 2nd in line for the home and would…read morehave a answer by the end of the week if the applicants before us got the home or not after waiting all week on Friday March 13th we were told the house has been rented out and is off market we were asked if there were any other homes we were interested in we told them no unfortunately there's nothing else on their website we were interested in and asked for a refund on our applications no problems there they did agree to give us back our $200 dollars now fast forward to Monday March 16th only 3 days after after we were told the house has Been rented Out we see the home back on the market we hurry apply again for the home and reach out to RNB asking if we can possibly get our spot back as next in line for the home we were told had been rented out we called left a message they didn't answer they listened to our voicemail and emailed us back saying sorry no they go by 1st come 1st serve basis which i totally understand but in a case like this you would think since we were next in line for this home they would have called us and said hey the applicants before you didn't end up working out and will be putting the house back on the market but nope no phone call no email we just happened to see it back on the market now we went from next in line to 3rd in line I feel like this is super unfair because we only took our application off of the home because RNB told us it was RENTED and off Market hopefully they make it right

They found quality tenants that filled one of the rental with speed. Till today, I still have not yet had any delinquency payment from the the tenants they found. They send the financial reports monthly for me to review with punctually. Last month I had a question about one of the service charge in my September statement. They do not have a drop box or say not to use it because people steal from it. They are only open 9am-5pm M-F (take 12-1pm for lunch)-- which means since I work full-time, I have t take an extended lunch just to drop off my rent check (since I really can't afford the bill pay option as like paycheck to paycheck). Perhaps an online payment portal would be really nice for renters.
