When I arrived, the vacuum area was incredibly busy, but the manager was doing an amazing job actively directing traffic and navigating the lines smoothly. On top of that, their attention to detail is unmatched. The manager was carefully inspecting the cars as they came out of the wash, noticed that the machine had completely missed a spot on the back of my car, and immediately offered to send me through for a second run completely free of charge. You don't always get that level of care and proactive customer service at a car wash. I will definitely be back!

Since I specifically wanted to clean out the inside of my car after the wash, this was pretty disappointing. One thing to note if it's your first time here: the entrance is on San Carlos Street, which is easy to miss if you're approaching from another direction. The wash itself was fine for the price, but if having a good vacuum is important to you, I'd keep this in mind.

Note that the car wash does not have the roller that cleans the hood and roof of your vehicle. The person hand drying at the end, i feel could use some help at busier hours. As sometimes the vehicle doesn't get too dry The vacuums were great, and the mat cleaner was good. The location where the vacuums are could be alittle bigger as getting out can be alittle difficult but they are limited in space due to the gas station. Overall pretty great value for the price. There is a Starbucks nearby where you can wait. Just bring a laptop. When I returned to pick up my car, everything inside literally looked brand new just as how I got it from the dealership. After two gas station car washes were closed, I came here out of desperation. Why. Haven't. I. Come. Here. Sooner??? It's weird to say this but this has probably been the service I've most wanted to Yelp in years because it's that good. + It looks intimidating but it's not. There's a clear sign posted near the payment kiosk in each bay that walks you through each step with infographics. Basically, you turn the dial on the payment kiosk to each function in the order listed and it turns on that function (high pressure soap, foam brush, high pressure rinse, low pressure wax, rinse again, dry). You do that step, check the infographic, switch the dial, and do the next step. + They have a card reader at EACH payment kiosk. Works like a charm. + They have a clear timer that shows the number of minutes you have left so you can check at any time and regulate how fast you're going. The timer sounds an ongoing chime at 60 seconds to let you know you need to hustle. + Pressure is outstanding. Honestly, I thought this made washing the car hella fun. (Never thought I would say this.) + Everything just works! The setup is super efficient and each piece of equipment worked without fail. Not sure why I ever paid up to $16 for car washes at gas stations. Also, given that we have two EV's, will be visiting Rainbow much more regularly. I arrived around 9:15 AM this morning, asked for the $80 Deluxe Detail Wash, and left my phone number with the staff so they could contact me when my car was ready for pickup. Despite several cars being in front of me, Rafa texted me that my car was done at 11:05 AM. I was very thoroughly impressed by the condition of my car when I picked it up. I was worried that by paying $80 compared to $200 or $250 that it would show in the results, but the staff at PHCW did an amazing job. There were some water spots left over, but honestly, for $80, the car came out a lot better than I expected. I 100% will be coming back.

But you can use a credit card but with the service fee added. Exterior only wash is $17. Interior cleaning is an additional $14. You pay at the end with the cashier. You drive your own car through the whole wash. Seats provided under a tree for you to relax as they are vacuuming and cleaning your interior. Decent job of cleaning your car.

I have been going here for years. I take all my cars here. The service is great. The workers are…read moregreat. And its been the same workers for years. Recently I feel like the new workers dont live up to the service value this place has given me over the years. The overall quality of the cleaning of the car. I went there today and I dont usually do amy spot checks because I trust the service. But when I got home I noticed my air vent was out of place. And when I went to fix it..it fell apart and it looks like someone tried to put it back quickly and make it look like nothing happened. I would have respected that if they told me and pointed out that they broke it and I would have left it at that for the honesty. I would have let it go. I wish I would have saw this when I first got into the car so I could address it with the workers immediately. But I feel as if too much time has passed and I would get blamed for it. I how for some type of compensation after this review as I have been a long time customer and I would like to keep it that way. Overall very unhappy with the new workers there. Ill be sure not to go in their cleaning lane when and if I ever go back.
