The people told me the universal one would work. Later found out it didn't since it was to big, back to returning it, I asked where can I get one? They said online. No one seemed to wanna helped or get involved in showing me how to order, after going on the app and only I couldn't find it. I called and still the lady didn't wanna help. So I go in and asked again, can u pls possibly show me how to get it or help me order it? She clearly didn't wanna help me so it's ok so I left. After a while I still had issues locating it, so I called again. First Lady didn't wanna bother, transford me to another lady in the back. She was so bad, she was condescending and being such a smart A, telling me pull up the website so I did. And what pulled up was somehow different from what she was seeing. She's talking down on me telling sir idk what you're but this is what I'm seeing, insensitive to what I'm viewing she just didn't care to see my point of view. I'm doing everything you're telling me mama but I'm not getting what you're getting, after a while of going no where I just hung up and decided to go elsewhere. Idk if I'll go back there. Not sure if it's even worth it anymore. To think I use to think they were the absolute best. Their customer service is really below par now that I think of it. I would've easily given them 5star if not more.

First, when I took my mower (Honda push mower) Iwalked to a desk and I guess it was sales. I said my mower isn't starting and when it runs the throttle control won't adjust the throttle. They said they didn't know what that was. Isaid the control that has a rabbit and a turtle that adjusts the speed of the blade. They said none of their mowers had that, then directed me to the service desk. As I walked past a mower and pointed to a throttle control on one of their new mowers, and said - This thing. No one responded. I get a repair, carb rebuild. It started once, the throttle still didn't work, and then it wouldn't start again. I take it bake, they order a new carb, I pick it up, and the throttle still doesn't work and they told me it couldn't be adjusted. I paid $287 for labor. I've talked to other repair places that confirmed that the part is in fact called the throttle control and throttle cable. So essentially they were being sarcastic with me or they weren't knowledgeable. I won't use them again mostly because of the initial discussion. Very unprofessional.

I went to two Sherwin-Williams stores with the specific purpose of buying a can of paint. They were determined not to sell me anything. First I drove to the store on Garners Ferry Rd. The only employee was a young girl, who told me that since this is for a truck, then I must go to a different automotive store that was miles away and unnecessary. I asked her to forget that this is for a truck. Please give me a can of whatever paint is capable of going on plastic and is all-weather. She could not tell me the type of paint I would need, but again told me the only paints that Sherwin-Williams sells that will meet my needs are at that other automotive branch. I left. Since another Sherwin-Williams store was nearby on Millwood Ave., I decided to try my luck with that store. I again found that the store was staffed only by one young girl. I told her I spilled some paint on my flatbed liner, and I needed an all-weather paint capable of going on plastic. She said she needed to call someone and ask. The person she called was that same girl at the first location, who told her that I must go to this automotive store. Of course, she could also not tell me as a customer the type of paint I needed for my project. So I came home. Sad that I will have to find my paint in the morning instead of having the paint on hand. I'll find the paint I need tomorrow, no help from Sherwin-Williams.

Ann was willing to take the job since local guy does not install. The product is called a Solar Tube or back in the seventies was called a skylight except this time is much smaller and they use a highly reflective material, if you look at it from the inside it looks just like a fluorescent light that is on all the time. That corner of the kitchen where the stove sits was a little on the dark side and now we don't turn any lights on during the day when cooking. The difference is amazing. The install was done in one morning about a month ago, no leaks so far Keith and his son did a great job. Was skeptical of the results at first but I am a happy camper now. It is more for convenience than savings and I don't even want to calculate the payback time, it may pretty well be 20 years but I don't care, it looks pretty and kitchen is bright as hell.
