Now, I already had a spare set of almost new tires at home, & told him that, & he then started trying to tell me that those were bad (having never seen them!). Next day, I went to Auto Engineering in Lexington to have my other tires mounted, then back to Gulf Service Center for re-inspection. When the knuckle-dragging head mechanic there (I normally wouldn't be that rude, but I think he deserves it) saw my almost-new tires, that I hadn't bought from him, he threw down his tools, stomped out, & the other mechanic had to pass my car. The cashier in the convenience store repeatedly gives me the wrong change back (usually 1-9cents in the stores favor) and is incompetent when it comes to common sense. One night mi purchase was around $7.50 and I have her a $20 however she hit the $10 tab and couldn't figure out how to give me my change. When I explained to her just give me what the screen says plus a $10 dollar bill she insisted that her drawer would be short and she couldn't do that. So instead she rescanned and voided the transaction then rescanned everything again and hit the $20 key and guess what... it was exactly the same as I told her. It's not rocket science. Unless your bladder is bursting or you are about to die of thirst, stay away.

I stopped to get gas and the nozzle kept shutting itself off. I got up to $6.69 worth of gas (I…read morethought) and gave up. When I drove away, I noticed the gauge didn't move at all (I have a Prius, $6 normally would add 2-3 bars). I went back and spoke to the 2 young clerks. They said it was pump #8. There was nothing they knew to check the pump, and said they could not refund the $6. I asked for the owner's name and contact. They had the first name of the owner and the first name of the manager. I didn't call.
